Classic Chocolate Fondue

1/2Cup Sugar 
1/4 Cup Dutch Cocoa 
-Unsweetened- 
1 TBSP. Cornstarch 

3/4 Cup Skim Milk 
1 TBSP. Low-Fat Margarine 
1 Tsp. Orange Extract 
Sliced Or Chunked Fruit 


In a small saucepan, whisk sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Whisk in 
milk until well blended. 

Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens. 
Remove from heat. Stir in margarine and extract. 

Transfer to a heated Fondue Pot, Crock-Pot or small casserole 
with a warming unit. 

Serve with strawberries, frozen banana slices, kiwifruit slices; 
graham crackers or cubes of reduced-calorie pound cake. 

Tips: 
Use Dutch process cocoa to ensure the richest chocolate flavor. 
Cut fruit into thick slices.
