10 fish fillets
1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Mix cornmeal, salt and pepper on a plate. Rinse each fillet and
roll in cornmeal mixture, then place on a broiler pan. Broil
fish until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Turn over and broil
until brown.
