Low Cal Chocolate Ice Box Pie

1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
1 large pkg. sugar-free jello
chocolate pudding and pie
filling (not instant)
2 c. skim milk
1 c. water
low-fat non-dairy topping

Bake pie shell and let cool. Prepare pudding and pie filling
using 2 cups skim milk and 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir
constantly until thickened. Remove from heat and cool. Pour in
pie shell. Refrigerate. When set cover top with low-fat non-
dairy topping.
