Perfect Cheesecake

5 Pkgs. of 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1-3/4 c. of sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs
1/4 c. of milk

Cream cheese must be at room temperature to mix easier.
Butter bottom of spring form pan & dust with graham cracker
crumbs.
Cream the cream cheese one package at a time. Add all
ingredients except eggs and then add one egg at a time, beating
after each addition. Make sure all lumps are out of batter. Pour
into pan.
Bake; 12 to 15 minutes at 500 degrees, or until top starts to
brown: 1 hour at 250 degrees.
Open oven door after 1 hour and 12 minutes after baking is
finished, but leave cheese cake in oven for another hour to cool
& set.
This can be decorated with powdered sugar, canned fruit or
strawberry glaze.
