Romanoff Salad

1 c. sliced fresh strawberries
1 seeded eating orange, peeled
and diced
1 unpeeled diced yellow apple
or ripe pear
2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. defrosted orange juice
concentrate

Combine fruit and celery in a bowl. Stir remaining
ingredients together and stir into salad mixture. Chill.
Serves six (about 67 calories each).
