THE DRACONIAN EMPIRE AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER\par edited by B. Alan Walton
Let us assume for a moment that a predatory race of Reptilioid aliens, in their continuous efforts to expand their interstellar empire, notices (or re-discovers) a small yet brilliant blue-green sphere that is literally packed with rare and valuable resources which would greatly benefit the expansion of their power-base. Let us also say that this planet is considered by them to be a "mother lode" whereas minerals, vegetation, water and genetic materials (from an incredible variety of animal and human life) is concerned. Also, let us assume that "they" have a particular interest in this planet because of the role it plays in their own reptilian history. Would not such creatures do all in their power to apprehend this planet and its resources for their own use as a "staging base" to expand their interstellar territory, from where they could also attack other (especially human-based) cultures that might resist their parasitical imperialism?
The question to ask might be: would these aliens attack en-mass in an all-out invasion, or would they attempt a more subtle means of infiltration? We must realize that the Draconian collective is a logic-based empire. In other words, if it is "logical" to take-over a planet through covert manipulation rather than overt invasion -- after potential battle loss projections and potential end results are all brought into the picture -- then they will very likely choose the former.
If they do use military might, it would be "logical" for them to first implement a "divide and conquer" strategy by turning the target race against itself by slowly taking over the minds of leaders operating in all aspects of that society. Especially useful might be leaders of military regimes who could be used as "pawns" to carry out their more overt military agendas. Various sources have alleged that the Bavarian Nazi Party (working in collaboration with the Bavarian Thule and Bavarian Illuminati societies) had established agreements with the Reptilian Grays long before Bavarian fifth-columnists -- like former CFR president Allen Dulles -- formed the CIA and NSA as a fascist Trojan horse Intelligence Agency staffed by Nazi S.S. war criminals who were secreted into the U.S. by Bavarian double-agents through OPERATION PAPERCLIP, according to researchers such as Ufologist Anthony Kimory. This would explain why the fascist element of the CIA maintains interaction with the Reptilioid-Gray alliance. Because the CIA has insinuated itself as being the premier Intelligence Agency of America we (the United States) are supposedly in "treaty" with these alien vermin ourselves. We must learn to distinguish our Constitutional government from the parasitical fascist secret government "tape worm" that is eating away at the true government of the United States from the inside.
There are allegations that the fascist faction of the CIA is actually now an ALIEN Intelligence Agency (although there is a growing faction of Patriotic anti-Communist Navy Intelligence "dissenters" in its ranks, according to Gunther Russbacher and others), in that the aliens themselves control the minds of many of its leaders through implantation, if not having "supplanted" some of those leaders with their own "Chameleon" infiltrator agents (see: T.D.S. - issue 1.2).
If Bavarian Intelligence has maintained ties with the Reptilians for decades (some say centuries), then the Bavarian Imperialist Space Forces -- also known as the "Alternative 003" space forces -- may be a puppet force manipulated by Draconian Empire agents working within its ranks, which is used by the Draconians (as the Bavarians used the Communists and Nazis) to attack their enemies in the United Federation. This "controlled" space force may for the most part be unaware that they are being used as "human shields" by Reptilian beings who control their leaders, or who even pose as their leaders. The Draconians see the ALT-3 forces as a very useful resource, being aware of the "warrior instinct" that has through the generations been in-bred into the Terran personnel who make up these forces. The Draconians believe that they must control and channel this Terran warrior-instinct or else it might pose a major threat to the Reptilian empire itself. This is why they have sought to bring under their control the Nazi and Communist military machines and -- with limited success -- the American Military-Industrial machine. One example would be the reptilian "infiltration" of the Madigan Army Hospital described in our last issue -- what better way to implant, process, program or even replace individuals who come through the hospital for treatment?
The U.S. Military connection not only brings to mind reports of the reptilian infiltration of the Military-Industrial complexes around Edwards AFB in California and Nellis AFB in Nevada, but also brings to remembrance a report I had read some years ago. I do not recall the exact source of the story, so it would have to be taken as is. It is said that a high Pentagon official was arrested some years ago when he (or it) lost a contact lens from one of its eyes, which had concealed a vertically-slit pupil. The 'creature' was arrested and taken into custody. It did not attempt to resist. Exploratory surgery revealed that the internal organs of the creature were NOT human. I would suggest that they were reptilian. However, the apartment of the "official" was searched and found to contain numerous highly-classified documents on the STAR WARS or STRATEGIC DEFENSE INITIATIVE programs. It was also discovered that the creature had been broadcasting this sensitive information to some off-planet source as if it was working in the capacity as a spy for some Interstellar force. Could this "source" be the newly-discovered planet-ship NEMESIS that is maintained by the UNHOLY SIX reptilian empires of Orion, which have in collaboration with the Draconians-Reticulans been sending their asteroid-base-ships to earth ever since 1953?
As for the ALT-3 or Bavarian Imperialist Space Forces, one couple who claimed former affiliation with ALT-3 has come forward (although reluctant to reveal their true names) to confess their own knowledge of what is going on behind the scenes. They were originally approached by a super-rich Black Nobility family involved with International Diamond trade -- according to the mysterious "Philadelphia Experiment" informant Carlos Allende, diamonds come in very handy for space travel by the way -- and invited to join the "Alternative 003" team. Somewhere along the line, whether on earth or during their "space" duty, they were contacted by friendly human Federation personnel and warned of the dangers of what they were involved with. They were told that the ALT-3 forces were already notorious throughout this sector of the galaxy for the ATROCITIES that they have committed against the peaceful inhabitants of other worlds.
For almost four decades the Bavarian Space Forces which grew out of the super-secret aerial disk research of the Nazis, has reportedly utilized interstellar hyperspace travel in collaboration with the Draconians themselves. Some sources suggest that during the 1930's the first circular atmospheric vehicles were developed, followed by the interplanetary vehicles of the 1940's and apparently the interstellar craft of the 1950's. This process was accelerated through their collaboration with the Grays/Reptilians. As an example, the early UFO abductee Barney Hill recalled a terrifying experience under regressive hypnosis nearly a decade after the end of World War II, wherein he described seeing an evil-eyed "GERMAN NAZI" working with the Zeta Reticulan Grays on the craft which abducted him and his wife Betty.
Vladimir Terziski, a Bulgarian physicist, has stated that a race of pure-bred "Aryan S.S." are even now collaborating with the reptilian Grays in the 10 million strong Nazi "New Berlin" city-base which has been constructed under the New Schwabia/Queen Maud region of Antarctica (down near the "anus" of the earth, appropriately). This is reportedly were the 2,000 S.S. scientists and one million German citizens who unaccountably disappeared from Germany during the course of the Second World War reportedly ended up. Here, according to Terziski, the genetic-hybrid research carried out in the Nazi concentration camps, the space travel research carried out in underground German bases, and mind control research such as that used on Betty and Barney Hill and countless other abductees, are being carried out to a 10-times greater degree than they were at the height of the Nazi regime.
In fact a secret war has been waging between NAVY and NAZI Intelligence throughout this century. It began with the attempted and successful sabotage of the first Naval POLAR expeditions by German occultist spies; followed by the Navy - Nazi (German) battles of World Wars I and II. The Philadelphia Experiment was ultimately implemented to protect the Navy fleets from Nazi subs and was inspired by Pleiadeans working through Nikola Tesla; the Montauk Project 40 years later resulted in the CIA's apprehension of the Philadelphia technology and was funded by the Nazi Thule Society in collaboration with the reptilian Grays (the Philadelphia - Montauk "time wars" between Navy and Nazi Intelligence is another story all in itself); the CIA itself was created by Bavarian - Nazi agents as an attempt to REPLACE the earlier Navy Intelligence units of W.W.II, and this "intelligence war" continues today between Navy Intelligence Constitutionalists in "COM-12" in collaboration with certain United Federation worlds as opposed to Nazi Intelligence Imperialists in "AQUARIUS" in collaboration with the Draconian Empire (both COM-12 and AQUARIUS have their own space forces - wasn't it Gen. George Douglas MaCarthur who stated in essence that the next global war would reach beyond the confines of this planet?); then there was the secret battle between the NEW BERLIN and Rear Admiral Richard E. Byrd and his 4000 elite Navy troops under the cover of a scientific expedition known as "Operation Hyjump"; which resulted in losses on both sides and ended in a stalemate. The "intelligence war" continues.
One side note concerning present-day Bavarian activities: In May of 1995, I.T.N. World News in England reported that a shipment of weapons-grade plutonium that was confiscated on a flight from Russia to Germany has led to allegations against the BAVARIAN SECRET SERVICE, which has reportedly created a nuclear Black Market in the former Soviet states as part of a plan to make Germany a nuclear power. Recently Germany joined with 6 surrounding European countries in the establishment of a Federation of Europe, and all former border restrictions between these countries have been eliminated. It is reported that the bar-code systems in the emerging international economy must all be registered through Germany! In light of the position that the "Triple Alliance" of Germany-Austria-Italy (or the so-called "Holy Roman Empire") plays as the leader of the emerging fascist European Alliance, the re-uniting of East and West Germany may have been premature. This growing European Federation will soon be a major nuclear power, if it is not already.
The part which the Bavarian Secret Societies play in the alien collaboration scenario is interesting. Bavaria was the "military center" of the ancient Roman Empire, which had its "political center" in Rome, and the later so-called "holy Roman Empire" which carried out the bloody Inquisitions was centered in ITALY, AUSTRIA and GERMANY! In fact the former term for German kings was "Kaiser", which literally means "Caesar, Emperor".
According to former British Intelligence agent John Coleman, the European conspiracy is centered in Bavaria, from where the Illuminati controls the three major European power-groups: the MALTESE-JESUITS of ROME, the WICCA MASONS of LONDON, and the BLACK NOBILITY International Bankers (who claim direct descent from the early Roman Emperors) who meet on a regular basis in BASEL Switzerland to decide the economic fate of the world. All three groups are rooted in ancient gnostic (serpent worship) cults, or the "Cult of the Serpent", which thrived in ancient pagan Egypt. Even now an ancient Egyptian empire bent on world domination is said to exist BELOW northern AFRICA in massive caverns. This is the "Gizeh Empire" that the Pleiadeans have been warning contactees about, an empire that -- like the Draconians/Orions themselves -- have managed to infiltrate and sabotage the ASHTAR or ASTARTE electronic collective-mind (or galactic "cybernet"), according to contactee Israel Norkin and others.
Aside from the European and African "conspiracy" centers, another reportedly exists in central Asia. Trevor Ravenscroft writes in his book "THE SPEAR OF DESTINY", that the Nazi's had established an alliance with a Luciferian Black Lodge who had their base in vast caverns under China or Tibet (possibly a renegade branch of the Agharti). They had joined with the Bavarians/Nazis in an attempt to establish a demonic world order. Ravenscroft states that ex-Nazis who were testifying at the Nuremberg trials were only jeered at when they tried to explain about the Nazi Party's interaction with this Black Lodge and their underground kingdom beneath the Himalayas. Apparently the officials were reluctant to delve into the occultic motivations behind the Nazi atrocities. Whether they found the subject embarrassing or merely irrelevant is uncertain.
It is interesting that Robert E. Dickhoff, in his book "AGHARTA" (which speaks a great deal about the Reptilians and their activities on and below Terra, Venus and Mars, as well as reptilians that were revived from suspended animation from the South Polar ice pack), alleges that in past centuries an Asian spiritual leader and 400 warrior-monks had learned that "serpent people" (possibly a collaboration between reptilian hominoids and human sorcerers) had been using black magic and sorcery to adversely affect the minds of the masses on the surface. These "serpent people" claimed to be the true Aghartans, although they pronounced it as "Agartha" among themselves as a call-sign used by their movement. These warrior-monks entered the caves and did battle with the "serpent people" and drove them into still deeper recesses.
So then, there are apparently two "groups" fighting for control of the vast cavern systems of Agharta, the more evil of the two apparently being allied with the Bavarian Empire itself. If the "Siberian Affair" described in the last issue of T.D.S. is accurate, then is there a possibility that the Draconians have extended their influence from the Russian government into the formerly allied nation of RED (COMMUNIST) CHINA, which is known for its traditional worship of "dragons"? Could it be that the joint "DRACONIAN EMPIRE" / "NEW WORLD ORDER" attack on America had already begun?
Researchers have traced the origin of the AIDS virus to a germ warfare lab at Ft. Detrick, MD., where NUMEROUS RUSSIAN AND CHINESE COMMUNIST NATIONALS worked at the time of the alleged "creation" of the virus by splicing the Bovine Leukemia and Sheep Visna viruses in human tissue cultures to create the very first human retro-virus! An Intelligence "insider" who is identified only as "Commander X" has written about some unusual rumors of possible Gray Alien involvement with the Ft. Detrick scenario.
General George Douglas MaCarthur in the past stated his suspicions that his battle plans against the Communist aggressors in North Korea were being betrayed by Communist officials in the UNITED NATIONS who were not only leaking information on American troop movements, but also forbidding MaCarthur's forces from going after certain Communist encampments. Harry S. Truman was president at the time, and according to former Dulce base worker Thomas Edwin Castello, Truman -- a "High Archon" in the interplanetary lodge degrees beyond the 33rd degree of Masonry -- helped to formulate a treaty with SAMAZA and KHOACH, reptilian ambassador-kings from DRACO and BOOTES.
This same Presidential - United Nations betrayal apparently occurred in Viet Nam was well (remember our presence there was escalated under the Johnson administration following the CIA's fascist coup d'etat against president John F. Kennedy). MaCarthur in direct defiance of Truman - U.N. directives, initiated the sudden attack at Inchon which led to the end of the Korean war. Upon MaCarthur's arrival in America Truman hid out at Camp David for over two weeks in terror that MaCarthur, the military commander of all U.S. troops and a 5-Star General, would arrest him for treason. MaCarthur was probably not aware of Truman's greater treason against humanity by his sell-out of the United States to the Draconians.
One interesting thing about Communism, according to Dr. John Coleman, is that Karl Marx was a member of (the Italia) Guisseppe Mazzini's INTERNATIONAL movement. Mazzini was a high Jesuit and deputy to former Masonic "Pontiff" Albert Pike (whose rotting corpse is buried in a tomb below the Scottish Rite "House of the Temple" headquarters at the apex of the pentagram-like street layout of Washington D.C., below which is a major tunnel-access terminal -- a "temple" within which one can find numerous carvings, murals and other depiction's involving SERPENT WORSHIP according to former 33rd degree Mason Jim Shaw). Mazzini was also friends with the Black Nobility, and was responsible for creating the 22 "Palladium" lodges of Masonry which served as the secret staging bases for the Bavarian Illuminati's plans for world Socialist revolution. The Bavarians controlled both National or "Nazi" Socialism as well as International "Communist" Socialism. This is evidenced also by the fact that former Nazi S.S. agent (and Austrian) Kurt Waldheim was installed as a U.N. Secretary General -- Waldheim being implicated by William Cooper and others in the conspiracy to lace Hepatitis-B vaccines with the HIV-AIDS virus, compliments of the World Health Organization which is controlled by the CLUB OF ROME but operates under the banner of the UNITED NATIONS.
It is not the place of this newsletter to go into detail on the various reports that have spread throughout the Patriotic underground concerning the alarming increase of sightings of U.N. equipment and military personnel throughout the U.S., who are apparently preparing for something big...
If the leaders of the New World Order are in fact in alliance with, if not controlled by, the Reptilian collective, then could the Draconian Empire itself be behind the covert mind-control and biological-virulogical attacks on America and the Free World? When Africa finally falls as a result of the AIDS epandemic wouldn't it be convenient for Communist Asia or the Fascist European Alliance (or both?) to simply walk right in a take control?
Are there any prophecies suggesting Draconian interaction with the New World Order? We read in the 12th chapter of REVELATION the following:
"...And there appeared...a great RED dragon, having SEVEN HEADS and TEN HORNS, and seven crowns upon his heads... And there was WAR IN HEAVEN: Michael and his angels fought against THE DRAGON; and THE DRAGON fought and his angels... And when THE DRAGON saw that he was CAST UNTO THE EARTH, he persecuted THE WOMAN which brought forth the MAN CHILD. And to the woman were given TWO WINGS OF A GREAT EAGLE, that she might FLY\par INTO THE WILDERNESS, into her place, where she is nourished for a time... And THE DRAGON was wroth with THE WOMAN, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the COMMANDMENT of God, and have the TESTIMONY of Jesus Christ."
I will make an attempt at a "possible" interpretation of the above... Is it possible that the RED dragon may signify the connection between the Reptilians and Communism via the Bavarian Illuminati (or in the event of the reality of the Siberian Affair the connection would be direct). The SEVEN HEADS are said to refer to the seven hills of Rome and the 10 HORNS are the 10 nations which still remain in the "New Roman" European federation after three of the nations "defect". According to standard Evangelical-Theological prophetical interpretation these "Ten Nations" or "Ten Horns" will make up the core of the New World Order. The WAR IN HEAVEN apparently is self-explanatory in its reference to the Draconian Space Forces themselves, which are destined to be defeated by the Federation (with angelic assistance) and will make their last stand on earth. These will eventually be destroyed from the face of the earth, however the question is not the outcome of the conflict, but just who and how many of us will SURVIVE the conflict. I believe that this will largely depend on the collective will and decisions of the human race.
THE WOMAN according to Theological interpretation is symbolic of ISRAEL and the MAN CHILD is CHRIST, who according to Genesis 3:13-14 is destined to lead the final battle against the Draconians. If the GREAT EAGLE of prophecy refers to the United States then this is apparently the ONLY Biblical prophetical reference to the New World (Biblical prophecy deals mostly with the Old "World"). This reference to the GREAT EAGLE may signify that Israel and America will for the most part remain allies when the New World Order attempts an all-out world conquest. It is doubtful that Americans, aside from those who inevitably betray her, will for the most part give up without a fight the freedoms to which they have become addicted, in exchange for the electronic "mark of the beast" tyranny of the New World Order, although the rest of the world may fall under its control. America will NOT willingly disarm itself, regardless of attempts by Socialists to impose total gun controls.
It is also true that America holds the greatest concentration of Jews outside of Israel, possibly a confirmation of the TWO WINGS OF A GREAT EAGLE who will help to protect her. There is an Old Testament prophecy which says that those who "bless" the descendants of Jacob (Israel) will be blessed by the Creator, and those who curse her will be cursed. This is not to say that the Israelites have been the perfect race, and in fact the persecutions they have recieved through the ages were largely the result of their betrayal of their God. But the Covenant the Creator made with Israel is unconditional, in that Israel was the race that was chosen to be a vessel through which the Divine One could speak to the rest of the world. So Israel is a "chosen" race, through not necessarily the "superior" race. This misunderstanding has caused many problems down through the ages.
When the dragon goes TO MAKE WAR with those who keep the COMMANDMENT (the Old Testament - based nation of Israel?) and have the TESTIMONY of Jesus Christ (the New Testament-based nation of America?), there is a suggestion that both Israel and America will suffer simultaneous attacks from the New World Order (the Red Dragon with 7 Heads and Ten Horns), confirming a suspicion that has been made by certain theologians that this 7-year "tribulation" period -- beginning with the battle of Gog and Magog and ending with the battle of Armageddon -- will be initiated by a combined assault on Israel and the United States.
We will now quote from a vision that was related by none other than General George Washington himself, which he confided to a fellow officer during the winter sojourn of the Rebel Army at Valley Forge. The year was 1777 (a year which may have numerical significance in itself), and the vision followed a particularly intense session of personal prayer and intercession by Washington on behalf of the struggling Republic and accompanied an angelic visitation. The visitor revealed to this first of America's presidents a vision of three great trials through which "The Union" must pass. He described to Anthony Sherman the first part of the vision which revealed the outcome of the war of Independence (from Europe); and also the imminent civil war and its outcome, all with perfect accuracy. Due to space limitations and the length of the entire vision, we will record only the third part of the vision in detail, which describes what will apparently be the first and last all-out ("Red Dawn" type of) foreign invasion of American soil since the revolutionary war. As this is written every war since that time that American soldiers have been involved with, aside from the civil war, has been fought on foreign soil. Remember what has been written above concerning the potential involvement of Asia, Europe and Africa with the emerging New World Order. Red China alone boasts a potential army of nearly 200 million, a number which was -- not too many decades ago -- equivalent to the entire population of the United States. At one point during his supernatural experience, General Washington hears the voice of an angel who appeared in the form of "a singularly beautiful female". She spoke to him, saying:
"...'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' At this the dark, shadowy angel placed a trumpet to his mouth (this angel was distinct from the feminine visitor, and was a part of the vision itself -- both 'angels' being visible throughout all three episodes - A.W.), and blew three distinct blasts; and taking water from the ocean, he sprinkled it upon Europe, Asia and Africa. Then my eyes beheld a fearful scene; from each of these countries arose thick, black clouds that were soon JOINED INTO ONE. Throughout this mass there gleamed a dark RED LIGHT by which I saw hordes of armed men, who moving with the clouds, marched by land and sailed by sea to America. Our country was enveloped in this volume of cloud, and I saw these vast armies devastate the whole country and burn the villages, towns and cities that I beheld springing up. As my ears listened to the thundering of cannon, clashing of swords and cries of millions in mortal combat, I heard again the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' When the voice had ceased, the dark shadowy angel placed his trumpet once more to his mouth, and blew a long and fearful blast.
"Instantly a light as of a thousand suns shone down from above me, and pierced and broke into fragments the dark clouds which enveloped America. At the same moment the angel upon whose head still shone the word Union, and who bore our national flag in one hand and a sword in the other, descended from the heavens attended by legions of white spirits. These immediately joined the inhabitants of America, who I perceived were well nigh overcome, but who immediately taking courage again, closed up their broken ranks and renewed the battle.
"Again, amid the fearful noise of the conflict, I heard the mysterious voice saying, 'Son of the Republic, look and learn.' As the voice ceased, the shadowy angel for the last time dipped water from the ocean and sprinkled it upon America. Instantly the dark cloud rolled back, together with the armies it had brought, leaving the inhabitants of the land victorious!
"Then once more I beheld the villages, towns and cities springing up where I had seen them before, while the bright angel, planting the azure standard he had brought in the midst of them, cried with a loud voice; 'While the stars remain, and the heavens send down dew upon the earth, so long shall the Union last.' And taking from his brow the crown on which blazoned the word 'Union', he place it upon the Standard while the people, kneeling down, said, 'Amen.'
"The scene instantly began to fade and dissolve, and I at last saw nothing but the rising, curling vapor I at first beheld. This also disappearing, I found myself once more gazing upon the mysterious visitor, who, in the same voice I had heard before, said, 'Son of the Republic, what you have seen is thus interpreted: Three great perils will come upon the Republic. The most fearful is the third, but in this greatest conflict THE WHOLE WORLD UNITED shall not prevail against her. Let every child of the Republic learn to live for his GOD, his Land and the Union.' With these words the vision vanished, and I started from my seat and felt that I had seen a vision wherein had been shown to me the birth, progress, and destiny of the United States."
Thus ended General George Washington's prophetical vision for the United States of America as told in his own words. The "white spirits" may be angelic beings or friendly extraterrestrials, or both! There are some who believe that this will also involve the return of the "Lost 9 1/2 Tribes of Israel" to America, who according to the Apocryphal book of II Esdras ch. 13 disappeared into a northern country beyond a land called "Arzareth" where men had never dwelt before. Those who are interested in the "Geodetic Earth" or "Hollow Earth" theory may find this interesting, especially in light of the theory that the Nazis and reptilian Grays control a South Polar opening into the interior of the earth. The 9 1/2 "lost" tribes exclude the tribes of Judah and Benjamin and half of the tribe of Levi, who make up the present "Jews". The Jerusalem Jews themselves claim descent from only these tribes, excepting for the "Ethiopian Jews" who claim descent from the tribe of Dan. The two Josephite tribes of Ephraim and Mannassah make up distinct tribes to the exclusion of Dan, which is not a part of the 144,000 -- or 12,000 from each tribe -- described in the book of Revelation. The reason for this may be because the tribe of Dan, which Jacob described in his prophecy as acting like a "serpent", was the tribe most responsible for leading ancient Israel into pagan idolatry and Baal worship -- from which occult Masonry descends. Some theologians suggest that the Jewish "False Prophet" who will ally himself with the Roman "Anti-Christ" or leader of the New World Order, may come from the tribe of Dan. The prophecy of the 144,000 Israelites indicates that all 12 Israelite tribes will be revealed, still retaining their tribal distinctions, some time in the future... as opposed to the 3 1/2 tribal distinctions known today.
As for the "New World Order", its roots can be traced back to ancient Babylon from where the "Cult of the Serpent" had its origin in the form of the "Babylon Mystery Society" created by Nimrod (Baal) and Semaramis (Ashtarte), a society which has maintained a direct line of secret leaders or "Pontifex Maximus" up to the present times. This serpent (gnostic) worship was very prevalent in pagan Egypt which became the world center for this ancient serpent cult following the decline of the Babylonian and later Aryan-Hindu empires. The symbol of this cult, an obelisk which stood as the central pillar of Babylonian-Egyptian gnosticism (of the exact type as the so-called "Washington Monument" itself), was PHYSICALLY TRANSPORTED to ROME at great cost and effort and now stands in the CENTER of St. Peter's square. So Rome became the "New Babylon" in a most literal sense, in that the MAJOR Babylonian obelisk that was worshipped in Egypt now resides physically in Rome.
The ROMAN EMPIRE continued in the form of the so-called HOLY ROMAN EMPIRE, which had its military center in Germany. The GROLIER Multimedia Encyclopedia states that "...various GERMANIC tribes were recruited for service in the ROMAN army... Increasingly, this subtly altered army INTERVENED IN THE SELECTION OF (ROMAN) EMPERORS... The Golden Bull of 1356 designated Frankfurt (Germany) as the SEAT OF ELECTION of the Holy ROMAN emperors, and beginning in 1562 they were crowned in the city's Gothic cathedral... this Holy Roman Empire, as it came to be called, was limited to ITALY (Rome) and GERMANY (Bavaria)." (Note: Austria was also considered part of this "wholey" Roman Empire - A.W.) The gnostic Jesuits, according to Edmond Paris in his book "Secret History of the Jesuits", were intimately involved in the formation of the Nazi S.S. war machine in Bavaria-Germany as a neo-Roman army that could carry out yet another Roman "Inquisition" against the Jews. Here we have the EUROPEAN connection to the BABYLONIAN EMPIRE of ROME that is not only mentioned in REVELATION ch. 17-18, but also as the "World" Empire in George Washington's vision above.
The ASIAN or Communist connection to the BABYLO-ROMAN EMPIRE in Washington's vision may be explained by former British Intelligence agent John Coleman in the following words: "...Karl Marx was one of the earliest members of the radical Mazzini movements starting in 1840... it is interesting to note that Marx, an avowed hater of religion, should so passionately espouse Jesuitism." The connection here is that Mazzini was an Italian (Roman) JESUIT!
As for the AFRICAN connection to the World Empire of Washington's prophecy, California cult expositor Jack Chick describes how a former Jesuit Priest by the name of Alberto Rivera confided to him how he had listened in on secret briefings in the Vatican (or in the massive Jesuit-controlled catacombs beneath it) concerning the powerful ROMAN connections to the ISLAMIC movement. Chick states:
"...A wealthy widow played a key part in this master plan. She had donated her substance to the Roman Catholic Institution, and had retired to a convent. The ex-Jesuit Rivera told me she was commissioned to leave the convent (under dispensation) and look for a young Arab with leadership ability...who possessed great charisma and was highly intelligent. Her assignment was to marry such a man. Her name was Kadijah.
"She found the perfect man, and they married. His name was Muhammad. The Vatican was excited. If their conspiracy went according to plan, the Muslim world would soon be serving the (Roman) pope.
"Young Muhammad diligently listened to the teachings of St. Augustine (Augustine's mission was to develop a technique to convert Arabs to Catholicism and he was successful). His spiritual adviser was his wife's cousin, Waraquah, who counseled him on the interpretation of his visions (see: MUHAMMAD, by Martin Lings, p. 16, Published by INNER TRADITIONS INTERNATIONAL Ltd., 1983). But Waraquah was a faithful Roman Catholic, serving the Vatican. He carefully guided Muhammad to give the Virgin Mary a place of prominence in the Koran... which would eventually form one of the most important LINKS between Islam and the Vatican.
"When Muhammad declared himself a prophet, he cried. 'There is no deity but Allah.' And the faith of Islam began to spread like a fire! The ex-Jesuit priest, Rivera, told me that the Vatican, under Pope Boniface V and his successor Honorius, secretly financed Muhammad's military machine... The pope issued bulls (an edict or letter with a papal seal) granting permission to their armies to invade the countries of North Africa. Under the orders from the priests, faithful Roman Catholic Arabs preached that Muhammad was the Arab Messiah, and opposition dissolved as Africa fell to the sword of Islam...The Jesuits went on the offensive in the 20th century to bring Islam into their net. In 1917 they carefully chose a little village in Portugal named Fatima, to have the Virgin Mary appear... knowing Fatima would soften the majority of one billion Muslims and pull them under Vatican influence (Islamic tradition teaches: 'Fatima is the most holy of all women in Paradise next to Mary.')." F. W. Holiday, in his book 'THE DRAGON AND THE DISK' (W.W. Norton & Co., Inc. New York, N.Y. 1973) relates some unusual facts concerning the relationship between serpent or 'dragon' legends and the modern 'UFO' phenomena. Take special note of the reference to ROME:
"...Satanism -- that is to say the religion of the dragon -- seems to have been contemporaneous in BABYLON and Bronze Age Britain. In both countries it was probably practiced by minority groups and became official only in times of decadence. When Cryus occupied Ur...a form of dragon-worship seems to have been in vogue. The priests of this cult escaped the Persians by fleeing north with their PONTIFF (or 'PONTIFEX MAXIMUS' - A.W.) into the mountains of Asia Minor. They finally came to rest at a place called Pergamos in Lydia (western Turkey) and there set up a religious centre which became known as 'Satan's seat'. St. John said: 'And to the angel of the church of Pergamos, write: These things saith He [God] which hath the sharp sword with two edges [judgment and mercy]: I know they works, and where thou dwellest, EVEN where Satan's seat is...'
"The ROMANS also knew about Satan's seat AND ANNEXED IT INTO THEIR EMPIRE IN 133 B.C., after the death of Attalus III, the last of the Pergamite kings... The symbol [idol] of the cult was A SERPENT and a special ship was sent to Lydia TO TRANSPORT THE GOD TO ROME. There it was installed as a deity with great pomp... The new religion was so popular that snakes of inoffensive species were allowed to glide around at parties -- at least so Seneca says. In HISTORIA AUGUSTA they are called DRACUNCULI or little dragons.
"The Aesculapian Serpent -- as the 'god' was called -- is shown on a carving at Pompeii and is unlike anything known to herpetologists. It had vertical humps and snail-like horns, exactly like the monsters (sea serpents, like the 'beast' Aliester Crowley communed with while living on the shores of Loch Ness- A.W.) of Scotland and Ireland. A bronze Urarian cauldron in Rome carries the erect head and neck of the creature modeled in the round. It is hideous. It has a shovel-like mouth, bulging eyes and tentacles or sensory-organs hanging on each side of the face.
"No-one, of course, thought that snakes were dragons. The malignant Great Serpent of Babylonia was TYPHON or Teitan, Satan, the author of wickedness...
"Politicians, however, never look a gift-horse in the mouth as long as it produces results. After giving the Roman people carnage in the guise of circus entertainment, there was no reason for the EMPERORS to shrink from a little devil-worship. Even the national flag was given the treatment. Ammianus Marcellinus describes the standard 'PURPUREUM SIGNUM DRACONIS'. And when Julius Caesar appeared in full regalia as the PONTIFEX MAXIMUS he was dressed in reddish-purple robes the same as the Pergamite dragon-priests. The reader can trace the rest of the story in Gibbon's 'RISE AND FALL OF THE ROMAN EMPIRE'.
"DRAGON-WORSHIP PERSISTED LONG AFTER CHRISTIANITY (and also 'Catholicism?' - A.W.) HAD BEEN PROCLAIMED. Tertullian complained: 'These heretics magnify the serpent to such a degree as to prefer him even to Christ himself; for he, they say, gave us the first knowledge of good and evil.'
"...there is a case to be argued that monsters and U.F.O.s are in some way linked. Abnormal chains of causation tending to frustrate inquiry into the nature of the phenomena have been reported in both cases. John A. Keel, an American journalist who has been delving into the mystery for over thirty years, talks about a 'conspiracy'. He warned me: 'Proceed with great caution in your Loch Ness work. We are caught up in a series of games which must be played by "their" rules. Anyone who tries to invent his own rules, or breaks the basic pattern, soon loses his mind or even his life.' Those who think that this is dramatic and absurd may care to remember the words of St. John:
"'And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire to come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men and deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by THE MEANS of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the BEAST.'
"'The beast' that performed these miracles was what the Jews called 'The Shining One', 'The Great Serpent' and 'Satan'. If this is the underlying truth of the phenomena then Keel's warning is by no means too strong."
(Note: In reference to the death/murder of William
Bill Cooper, in reference to this ancient SERPENT CULT which apparently HAS INTERACTED WITH THE SERPENT RACE FOR CENTURIES IF NOT MILLENIA, released a document titled "SECRET SOCIETIES AND THE NEW WORLD ORDER", which was later included in his book 'BEHOLD A PALE HORSE'. In reference to the 'Cult of the Serpent' which he claims is headquartered in ROME, he states:

"...the documents that I read while in Naval Intelligence stated that Project GALILEO required only five pounds of plutonium to ignite Jupiter and possibly stave off THE COMING ICE AGE. Global warming is a hoax. It is easier for the public to deal with and will give the ruling elite more time before panic and anarchy replace government. The reality is that overall global temperatures are becoming lower..."
Cooper quotes from one (secret society) source: "'The initiated elect communicate directly to gods (ALIENS) who communicate back to them... The elect are given knowledge of the Mysteries and are illumined and are thus known as The Illuminati or the Illuminated Ones, the guardians of the 'Secrets of the Ages.'"
"...Adam Weishaupt, a young professor of canon law at Ingolstadt University in Germany, was a Jesuit priest and an initiate of the Illuminati. The branch of the Order he founded in Germany in 1776 was the same Illuminati previously discussed. The Jesuit connection is important.
"...On the obverse of the Great Seal of the United States the wise will recognize the all-seeing eye and other signs of the Brotherhood of the Snake... The Brotherhood of the Snake is adept at throwing out decoys to keep the dogs at bay.

Is it any wonder, then, that so many people claim that this triangular or pyramidal symbol is used by the serpent race (the Grays) as well?
THE ENEMY WITHIN:
It is alleged by certain deep-level intelligence agents that the Illuminati, or the 'Cult of the Serpent', is willfully working hand-in-claw with an infernal reptiliiod race which has promised them part of the action once their Draconian 'New World Order' is established on earth. The Illuminati is allegedly in it for the power and 'technology' which this non-human race is supposed to give them in exchange for their cooperation. Unfortunately for them, they apparently have had to pay the "price" of falling under the absolute servitude and control of this alien force.
According to John Lear and others, many of the deep underground bases such as those below Dulce, New Mexico and Pine Gap, Australia are actually 'joint' areas where the technology exchanges have been carried out, as well as areas of conflict between the humans and 'grays' sparked by disagreements, etc. All human "dissenters" within the Dulce mega-base were taken captive or eliminated by Draconian mercenaries during an "altercation" that swept through the base in 1979. This attack spread to the other major "Dreamland" joint-interaction HUBS below the Nevada Test Site and the Granite-Wasatch Mts. of Utah (where a LARGE Melchizedekian human colony was slaughtered and/or taken captive by a joint Nazi-Reptilian force). Could the Bavarian Empire's plans for world domination be backed by an 'alien' vanguard? One unusual point that the following article makes is the apparent connection between the Illuminati's 'CLUB OF ROME' and the so-called 'GRAYS'.
From Dr. Jean Francois Gille -- a Ufologist who in recent years moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico from his home in France -- comes a translation of a French document that exposes the relationship between several factors in the matrix of world affairs. The article, titled 'PINE GAP BASE: WORLD CONTEXT', was written by Lucien Cometta and later translated into English by Dr. John Gille:
"...The majority of people, all over the world, are not lingering in doubt as to whether UFOs and ETs are real. They know they are real. Here in early 1989, no one questions their existence. The case for UFOs and ETs aroused passions, controversies and grandstanding for many years. Some of it has not been quite rational. The matter being relatively settled, public opinions should cool down. It is with a serene and clear mind that we ought to be thinking of our future relationship with the peoples from space. However, the public mind is not at peace. It vaguely feels that the governments are hiding "something real big", and it wonders where our leaders are going to lead mankind.
"During the process of research and study of UFOs and aliens, researchers who do not take the explanations of the scientific establishment at face value have discovered unsettling facts; these facts have started the lifting off (of) the lid of the coverup. The value and prestige of their sources of information do not leave any doubt about the truthfulness of these reports; the main outlines are summarized below.
"PINE GAP -- The United States has three major bases in Australia. One is in South Australia (Nurranger, near Woomera, T.N.), another in New South Wales, and the third (and by far the largest) is located within about 230 km (143 miles) of the geographical center of the continent, not far to the west of Alice Springs (Northern Territory), at the foothills of the southern slopes of the MacDonnell Range. This base is completely underground, with barely visible entrances to the surface. This 'Top Secret' base is entirely financed by the United States Government, and is officially known as the Joint Defense Space Research Facility.
"When the JDSRF was first initiated, its aim was scientific research for the supposed development of a space defense technology. It is now known that since its inception, its primary purpose was research into electromagnetic propulsion.
"What exactly is Pine Gap? As strange as it may seem, even Australian Federal Parliament members do not know. Among the Cabinet members, only a small number of 'initiates' have a vague idea of what this is all about. The only information source available to the public is the cross-checking done by private researchers such as Jimmy Guieu, following statements made by the United States or Australian magazines (always very short and terse paragraphs), and anything the locals may notice.
"It is said that under Pine Gap is the deepest drilling hole in Australia - about 5 miles (more than 8,000 meters). Such a hole is likely used as an underground antenna able to recharge the batteries of submarines in the Pacific and Indian Ocean through ELF broadcasts. Such a gigantic antenna could be used to generate the gigantic stationary wave around the Earth. Some say that Pine Gap has an enormous nuclear generator to supply energy to a new type of transceiver. It seems too that there is a high-powered, high-voltage plasma accelerator which may be put to use to transmit electric current, or even to produce a 'death-ray', or quite simply to feed a plasma gun. All this is not as incredible as it sounds: it is now known that the US base of West Cape, near Exmouth Gulf in Western Australia (Harold E. Holt USN Communication Station), has an older type of the transceiver used at Pine Gap which is used to send electric current to submerged US submarines who trail a wire antenna. It is known that electric currents transmitted in this way are referred to as plasmo-dynamic cells.
"Several times, locals have seen WHITE DISKS about 30' in diameter in the process of being unloaded from large US cargo planes at the airports serving Pine Gap. Those disks had the USAF emblem on them. It seems likely that disks are assembled and based at Pine Gap. The number of disks seen at night leaves no doubt in anyones mind. An amazing quantity of furniture has been delivered by plane from the United States. The locals also say that an enormous amount of food is stocked in warehouses of what could well be a true multi-leveled underground city.
"On the other hand, Pine Gap is well known as one of the most important control centers for spy satellites which circle the globe. An article published in late 1973 claimed that the Pine Gap installation, along with its sister installation in Guam, were used to control the photographic missions of the large American satellites in orbit above the Earth.
"Pine Gap has enormous computers which are connected to their American and Australian central counterparts, which collect all the information secured in these countries, not only about finance and technology, but on every aspect of the life of the average citizen. Those computers at Pine Gap are also evidently connected to similar mainframes in Guam, in Krugersdorp South Africa, and at the Amundsen-Scott US base at the South Pole.
"Let us say, incidently, that the employees (more than 1200) of the US base in South Africa all claim to be members of the US consular mission in that country. It may be worthy of note that the Amundsen-Scott base at the South Pole is located on a sensitive magnetic spot of our planet, that it holds exactly the same assets as Pine Gap, and that all the information about most of the average citizens of Western Europe is stored there in memory banks tens of meters under the icepack. A statement made by the Australian premier about 1987, assuring that 'France must disappear from the Pacific, from the Kerguelen Ridge, and from Antarctica' sheds light on the importance of this polar base for the Anglo-Saxon world.
"The most disquieting fact about Pine Gap may be that the employees working on the base, and especially those earmarked for duty on electromagnetic propulsion projects, have undergone brainwashing and even implantation of intracranial devices. Those employees have turned into unconditional slaves of their master, whoever he is. Rather scary, isn't it? The true point of the brainwashing of those individuals, along with the ruthless attempts to implement the coverup of really advanced military technology, will become clear at the end of this article.
"For me, it all began with the construction of the new Parliament building in Canberra, which cost billions of dollars. Australia has only 18 million inhabitants, yet it apparently treated itself to a building far beyond its means...supposedly to accommodate its government even if the old Parliament building was perfectly fine.
"This new building, enormous, immense and magnificent would easily fit the needs of the USSR or of the United States, which both have hundreds of millions of citizens to rule. That building puzzled me, and I started to talk about it until the day I bumped into an Englishman who told me that the Australian premier, Bob Hawk, was a Rhodes scholar, and as such he worked toward the setting up of a One World Government, and that this new Parliament building likely had something to do with it.
"Sometime after, I stumbled on a pamphlet published by the Human Rights Organization, which talked about a group of about a hundred people well-placed in high finance, politics, the judiciary branch and big business. This group was called the 'Club of ROME'. According to this pamphlet, the CLUB OF ROME was pledged to a consortium which controls all international finance. A number of other groups similar to the CLUB OF ROME are equally pledged to that finance consortium, AND ARE INFILTRATING THE VARIOUS POLITICAL AND RELIGIOUS GROUPS WITH THE INTENTION TO MAKE PROGRESS TOWARD THE INSTITUTION OF A WORLD DICTATORSHIP.
"The whole thing looked a little bit too preposterous to be true, it seemed to me. Nevertheless, a friend of mine gave me an audio cassette taped at a lecture given by Peter Sawyer, a former high-ranking Australian civil servant, which exposed a certain number of facts he had noticed while in office. He talked, in particular, of a telephone exchange in Canberra called 'Deacon Center'. This exchange, built in concrete with 4 (ft. ? - A.W.) thick walls, cost hundreds of millions of dollars. It is outfitted with numerous computers, arrayed on four levels. When he tried to find out why such equipment was needed in a country of only 18 million, he discovered that those computers were connected to all the banks, to every post office, to all telephones, and to all of the police stations and customs houses; to every arrival and departure desk for air or sea travellers; and also and above all, to the other data centers collecting data on private citizens... in the United States as well as in Europe.
"That facility on Deacon street is therefore a Center where all the data pertaining to every citizen of the Western World end up being stored. All financial, economic, political and military information, as well as the information on every inhabitant of those countries. As a matter of course, all people living in Australia are put on file, kept up with and labelled.
"Peter Sawyer discovered also that the president of the ROCKEFELLER FOUNDATION came for a lengthy stay in Australia to supervise in person the construction of 20 luxury residences in Canberra (the Australian government footed the bill), in the wonderful setting of a National Park, where, legally, nobody is allowed to build.
"The investigations lead by Sawyer exposed, first, that the new Parliament building is meant to accommodate the world government-to-be; and, second, that the 20 luxury residences will be allocated to the different foreign members of that government... Why choose Canberra as the headquarters of the new world government? Simply because Australia is a peaceful country, with very few natives likely to turn rebellious, and, above all, it's an English speaking country. No other English speaking country can offer the safety Australia will provide at the time of the taking over by the World Government. In AMERICA and Europe, UPRISINGS ARE MORE THAN LIKELY, and South America not only is not English-speaking, but its fondness for revolutions and social disturbances is well known.
"Australia is thus the ideal place for such an undertaking. How is the advent of a World Government possible in the near future? It is relatively easy, as we will explain.
"First, who are those 'internationalists' who want to take over the planet? THE ONES WHO WANT TO SET UP A WORLD GOVERNMENT ARE 15 FAMILIES OR SO, WHO ALREADY GOVERN ALL OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCE AND KEEP A TIGHT LEASH ON MOST GOVERNMENTS THROUGH THE ABSOLUTE CONTROL OF THEIR FINANCES AND THEIR DOMESTIC ECONOMY. These finance moguls devised their plan after World War I, and have been working since on an insidious undermining process aimed at economic destabilization all over the West.
"If those financiers are obviously labeled 'capitalists', it is a very deceptive label, though, for, in fact, they never stopped to pull the strings of the progressive parties, as well as those of the conservative parties. Their idea is logical, and lay, quite simply, in the destabilization of the countries of the West on the political, economic and religious levels. IT MAY BE SURPRISING TO SOME THAT THESE 'INNOVATORS' HAD INFILTRATED THE TOP LEVELS OF THE MAIN RELIGIOUS ESTABLISHMENTS, ONLY A SMALL NUMBER OF YEARS WAS NEEDED TO MAKE THEM VIRTUALLY POWERLESS... (Were these establishments 'bought out' through financial contributions? - A.W.)
"Economic destabilization is implemented through a slower but most efficient process. This process (already under way) will cause the entire financial system of the West to collapse. The people involved are the same people who cause the price of oil to go up and then, after convincing European neighbors to agree to these price rises, provide that the yield coming from the price rises will be paid to the 'International Reserve Bank', which is entirely at their command. The Reserve Bank hands the money over to a 'holding bank' who lavishly loans the money to Third World countries for usurious rates of interest.
"The holding bank receives the interest paid by the underdeveloped countries, then puts it into another 'holding bank' which, in turn, invests the huge quantity of money on behalf of the Arabs. Those investments are made into thriving large businesses. In the meantime, only small interests are sent to Arab countries.
"Those who engineered the plan were perfectly aware that the leaders of the underdeveloped countries would be tempted to pocket a good part of the received money. IRB will then tell the Arab countries that the holding bank investments have turned out badly, all their assets had vanished and that no interest will be paid any more. The Arab countries will then have no choice but to put all the securities they own on the market, as well as quite an amount of property bought by the second holding bank. A good part of these possessions will then be frozen, because they will have been bought with the aid of not entirely repaid loans, and they will be part of the assets of the first holding bank, gone bankrupt. The incredible quantity of shares put on the market at the same time will cause a stock market crash of such magnitude that all the national economies of the West will collapse at the same time. The planet will find itself in a desperate predicament. Cash will not be worth a damn, and THE RISKS OF GLOBAL CONFRONTATION (planned!) will be high.
"ENTER PINE GAP -- At this point, the usefulness of bases like Pine Gap will become obvious. If a Global confrontation is going to break out, those bases will serve as a place of safety for the politicians and their staff, as well as the international financiers, their family and friends.
"If no confrontation breaks out, the financiers will adapt a 'saintly' attitude AND OFFER SUBSTITUTION OF ALL CURRENCIES BY PLASTIC CARDS, ENSURING 'TRUE EQUALITY' FOR ALL; THE ABOLITION OF ALL OWNERSHIP RIGHTS; and the setting up of a World Government that will 'ensure peace'.
"The masses (consciousness as a group) will be convinced that it is necessary to ensure Peace and Social Justice by any means, including force. THE POTENTIAL ACHIEVED THROUGH THE EQUIPMENT OF THE UNDERGROUND BASES WILL MAKE POSSIBLE THE DISAPPEARANCE WITHOUT A TRACE OF THOSE WHO DO NOT CONFORM AND THOSE WHO 'HINDER THE HAPPINESS OF THE PEOPLE'. Also, it will ensure the swift crushing of any possible uprising. IT MAY ALSO HAPPEN THAT OUR NEW 'MASTERS' WILL END UP TELLING THE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE THE ALIENS' SUPPORT, AND THAT WE (ARE) AT THE 'EVE OF THE MILLENNIUM, A GOLDEN AGE'...... IT WILL BE THE WORST DICTATORSHIP EVER KNOWN TO MANKIND.
"...IT IS QUITE CERTAIN THAT OTHER BASES HAVE BEEN BUILT IN THE UNITED STATES AND ELSEWHERE IN THE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE.
