Best Waffles

Ingredients
(serves 4 "normal" people)
5 dl |
Plain flour |
1 tsp |
Baking powder |
15 ml |
Sugar |
6 dl |
Milk |
200 g |
Margarine |
Procedure
Stir the flour, baking powder, sugar and milk together until there are
no lumps. Melt the margarine and stir into the mixture. Cook in a greased
waffle iron.
Notes
Serve with jam and cream or ice cream. If there are any left over (!) then
they can be eaten cold with sugar. I actually like eating them (hot or
cold) with cinnamon and sugar but apparently this is highly disapproved
of.
