Chilli and Sausage Risotto
Ingredients
(Serves 4)

Onion |

Smoked ham |
2 dl |
Rice |
4 dl |
Water |

Stock cube |
Some |
Black pepper |
3 tablespoons |
Chilli sauce |
200 g |
Hot Dog sausages |
Some |
Parsley |
Procedure
Heat the oil in a large saucepan. Fry the chopped onion, rice and ham in
the oil for a few minutes. Add the water, stock cube, pepper and chilli
sauce. Stir well. Put the lid on the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes.
Chop the sausages into small bits and stir in together with the parsley
just before serving.
Notes
Use very hot chilli sauce if you can handle it!
