Spanish Meatballs

Ingredients

(serves 4)
300 g Lean mince
500 g Sausage meat
4 cloves Garlic
2 Eggs
1 bunch Parsley
0.5 dl Flour
Some Cooking oil
1 chopped Onion
400 g tin Tomatoes
1 chopped Red pepper
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Paprika powder
4 dl Water

Procedure

Mix the mince, sausage meat, pressed garlic, eggs and parsley and season to taste. Shape into meatballs and roll in flour. Fry in oil several at a time. Fry the onion and pepper in some oil in a saucepan. Sprinkle with 0.5 dl flour and add the tomatoes, paprika, cinnamon and water. Brink to the boil and add the meatballs. Cover and simmer for about half an hour. Season as required. Serve with potatoes, preferably new potatoes.

Notes

Some extra spice may be required! If you are lazy or in a hurry then you can buy ready made meatballs and use them, although this means you will lose the garlic contribution.
