• SECOND GENERATION: John HEDGES was born on 6 May 1771 in Frederick Co., MD. He died on 11 Apr 1857 in Bourbon Co., KY. He was married to Catherine TROUTMAN on 12 Jan 1793 in Bourbon Co., KY.
• THIRD GENERATION: Joseph E. HEDGES was born on 17 Jan 1742 in Frederick Co., MD. He died in 1805 in Stony Point, Bourbon Co., KY. He was married to Sarah BIGGS about 1770 in MD.
• FOURTH GENERATION: Charles HEDGES was born in 1712 in New Castle Co., DE. He died on 21 Dec 1795 in Frederick Co., MD. He was married to Mary STILLE on 12 Feb 1736 in Old Swedes Church, Wilmington, New Castle Co., DE.
• FIFTH GENERATION: Joseph HEDGES was born in 1675 in New Castle Co., DE. He died on 6 Sep 1732 in Frederick Co., MD. He was married to Mary FETTLEPLACE in 1708 in New Castle Co., DE.
• SIXTH GENERATION: Sir William HEDGES was born about 1645 in London County, England. He died about Dec 1678 in New Castle Co., DE. He was married to Mary CALDWELL in 1672 in Gloucester County, England.
• SEVENTH GENERATION: Sir Charles HEDGES died in 1714 in England.
