Make toys and flannel board stories for the ward nursery.

"Heart Attack"--cut out large hearts with positive messages written on them, tape them to plastic knives, and go put them in the yard. (The trick is not to get caught!) Alternative: tape the hearts to the cars of members you know, or a family in need.

Decorate gift boxes and fill them with treats for the missionaries.

Have the YW select secret brothers or sisters that are not in mutual. Send notes and treats with encouraging thoughts.

If there are any sick or handicapped children in your area, write a story with them as the hero and go read it to them.

As a group, have all the Young Women write down something about the other YW that they admire.
