Xander opened his journal and began to write:
As I sit here now and think about it, I still can't figure it out. I'm so confused, but I actually liked it. Oz kissed me. I better tell you how it happened, though.
Last night was my night to wolfsit Oz. In fact, I'm sitting outside his cage right now. Anyways, I got here early. Giles left to go see Buffy, so I was here alone. Oz stormed in. Well, not really stormed, Oz doesn't storm. Let's just say I could tell he was upset. I asked him what was wrong. He said that he found out that willow doesn't love him anymore. He had found her kissing Giles. Oz was really upset by this. First it was me, now Giles. He was getting fed up. Willow just smiled and told him that she loved Giles, not him.
I told him that it would be OK. Willow loved him, but she was just confused. He laughed and said, "Like when she was with you, huh?" I smiled and nodded. Then he smiled and told me something that shocked me. He said that he didn't love Willow and that he never had.
I asked him why, and he told me that Willow wasn't his type. Willow not his type? then what was his type? He smiled when I asked him. He said, "Ask Larry."
I was so surprised that I fell out of my chair. He must not have known that I knew about Larry. He reached out a hand to help me, but I got up by myself.
He looked at me strange. "You know about Larry?" i nodded and looked at the clock. He told me that it was almost time and moved into the cage. I locked him in, and our eyes met. I instinctivly moved closer to him. Our lips met between the bars. Oz was a much better kisser than Cordy. She was so sloppy, but Oz was gentle. I liked it, which scares me. We had to end the kiss because Oz was starting to change.
I can't wait for him to wake up. We need to talk. The sun's comming through the windows. Oz will be up soon. I really need to talk about this thing.
Somehow I can't stop thinking about the naked man in the cage. Oz, full monty. I wish I could see it. Damn towels!
