Adobe Photoshop, I used the Lasso Tool to cut an outline of Mewtwo.
Still in Photoshop, I used the Gradient Tool to color the outline.
Using Picture Man Rubber by Stoik Software, I chose the "wind"
effect and made seven different stages of a winded Mewtwo.
As with "Pika-Glow, I used GIF Movie Gear.  I put in about twenty five
seperate frames to create this animation.
