Spud-type rant: "Wow, it's been months sice the last update (big %&#! surprise). So to compensate, we're trying to kick off the new millenium in style by opening the awards to all anime series. The fics will probably be mostly GW, with other anime faves, videogames, and some X-files thrown in for a variety of flavors."
