It's Christiane! Isn't she gorgeous?!
This is Christiane Noll .. her angelic voice and matching personality have drawn many into her glow, but not enough! I am hoping that in part, this page will help people to realize just how wonderful she really is. She currently plays the role of Emma in Jekyll and Hyde. (big surprise, eh?)
Her voice is actually the first on the album that struck me as "pretty". I liked listening to her from the very beginning, unlike a lot of the others. Although Linda was my favorite at first I can't really say now that I can compare the two! Christiane has a very powerful voice, but it has a much different quality to it. After seeing her in the show I decided she was WAY up there on my list of obsessions. She has a really really gorgeous voice, she's a wonderful actress, and a wonderful person. I met her after the show at the stage door and really enjoyed myself. She was very friendly and sooo funny! She walked right up to my friend and I and pretty much introduced herself and asked what we wanted her to sign. My friend held out a picture that had been in an issue of InTheater a month or two back (go here to see it) and Christiane just starts LAUGHING and says "Oh.. my gosh!" While looking for a place to sign.. (you'll understand if you looked at the picture!) .. She finally signs it across her leg as we all stand there and laugh, and her and my friend both say "well, why not?" at the same time. It was really funny. We also got pictures with her which I will put on here when I get a chance! I haven't put them on the computer yet. Needless to say, I really admire this woman. Her role as Emma really doesn't show off all of her talent and I hope that she moves on to bigger things soon, although I will miss her when she leaves Jekyll and Hyde! She also really doesn't get as much credit as she deserves. She has a solo album out called "A Broadway Love Story" which I've heard is great but due to lack of civilization where I live, I haven't had the pleasure of hearing it yet!
