All Hallow's Eve Welcome to another one of my stories everyone. As you should well know, the Thundercats and all related cahracters are not of my creation and they are on loan for the sake of the story. So, please don't sue me!!! Well, with that said and done, on with the story!!! Note: this takes place before the 2nd season with the Lunatacks and new Thundercats ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Time comes and time goes People come and people go All Hallow's Eve AJ Angel It's autum on 3rd Earth, and a brisk chill is in the wind this day as Sophia sips iced tea on the porch. Angela comes out and makes a disgusted look on her face. "Yuk. I hate that stuff," she said, sticking out her tounge. Sophia looked at her with an angry look. "You're not the one drinking it, are you?" Sophia asked, with a half smile. Angela groaned and looked out into the woods. The wind blows into the two girls' faces gently and whispers secrets to them. Both of them smile. "The time will be coming here soon," Angela said. "Yes. Think we should include our new friends?" Sophia asked, looking at Angela. "Yes. We should. The Gods told me that they have to be apart of this," Angela said. "Then we shold prepare them for what's to happen," Sophia said. Angela nodded in agreement. Eleswhere, the Thundercats were also hearing the faint whispers in the wind. Voices that belonged to those who were long gone and had returned just for a certin time. It was odd to them and they were getting uneasy feelings about all of it. The twins were at the Berbil village when they got one of those feelings. "What's wrong?" Robill asked the twins. "Can't you hear the whispers in the wind?" Kit asked. "Whispers?" Robill asked. Kat nodded. "It's like there's something trying to talk to us, but it's far away," Kat said. "Oh, those whispers," Robill said, knwoing now what they were talking about. "You know about them?" Kit asked. "Yes. This time of year, the voices of the dead return to talk to the living," Robill said. "Really?" Kat asked. "Yes. But, the dead usally talk to someone they knew in thier former life," Robill said. "So, how can we be hearing them?" Kit asked, as the twins looked at each other. Cheetara & Tyrga were in the warrior madien's village, checking up on the equiptment they had given them earlier that year when they heard the whispers. They noticed that the others could hear the whispers as well. "Willa, can you hear faint voices?" Cheetara asked. Willa looked at her shocked. "You can hear them as well?" Willa asked, "Yes. We've all been able to hear them for quiet sum time now," Tygra said. "That's not good," Nada said, walking over to the 3 some. "Why's that?" Cheetara asked. "It's been said that if you hear the voices of the dead during this time, something is going to happen to you," Nada said. The 2 Thundercats were taken aback by this. "Would that be a good or back thing?" Tygra asked. "It deepens on what the spirits tell you. They try to warn people of something before it happens, so you maybe in danger," WIlla said. Tygra and Cheetara gave each other worried looks. One of the Wollos was visting the Lair and was outside with Snarf and Lion-O when the winds picked up and the Wollo shivered. "Brrr. The time is coming," he said. "What do you mean by that?" Snarf asked. "The time when the dead walk the earth and horrible things happen," the Wollo said. Lion-o looked confussed at this. "Every year aroudn this time, the veil between the living and the dead is periced and all sorts of creatures roam 3rd Earth. It's not a night to be roaming roaming around alone yourself," the Wollo said. "Brrr. I would agreee," Snarf said, shivering. "And there are those who actually hold celebrations in the woods to conjur up dark magick to control these specters and deomns to do their biding," the Wollo said. "Which would would those be?" Lion-o asked. "Back in the old days, it use to be all. But the only woods we see the lights in now are the enchanted woods that you Thundercats visit. "You mean the ones where Angela Angel and the One of All live?" Snarf asked. "You're joking. Those two have been dead for years," the Wollo said. "No my friend, that's not true, Those two have been granted eternal life to carry the history of this planet. We've been trading information for three months now," Lion-o said. "I see," the wollo said, thinking about this. The Thundercats were all gathered in the counsel room, they were all talking about what they had learned that day. About all the diffrent bad things about that night and all the diffrent celebrations and magick. It was chilling yet awesome, but they couldn't make what to think of all that information. "I can't beleve that Angela and Sophia would be using black magick on that night," Kit said. "Yeah, after all that they've shown us," Kat said. "Maybe we should go ask them about it," Lion-o asked. "You're not serious," Panthro asked. "I am. We've gotten all this information that's just a jumbeled mess no matter which way we look at it. Even with the information we have from the girls, it still doens't make sense," Lion-o said. "So, maybe they hold the peice of the puzzel that fits everything together," Tygra said. "Could be," Lion-O said. Suddenly, the winds blew up around the Lair and the doors blew open. They all looked to see Nightwing fly into the room and land on the center of the table. "Nightwing, what are you doing here?" Snarf asked. "Ladies Angela and Sophia request your presence at the Mansion before the sun sets," he said. "Why before sunset?" Cheetara asked. "Because, it's All Hallows Eve," Nightwing said. The Thundercats made it to the mansion before sunset and found the girls outside in the huge backyard. There, they found a huge mural wall, covered with photos of people. Near each photo was a place for a candle and any offferings. The two angels were in prayer as they lit candels, incense, and placed offerings of flowers, food, and perfumes in the trays. "What's this?" Snarf asked. "It's our Memorial wall. All those people you see on there have passed on to the next realm," Sophia said sadly. "Angela, Sophia. Why have you called us here?" Lion-o asked. "We know that you all have been hearing bad things about tonight," Angela said, as she lit the last stick of incense. "And we want to get the facts straight," Sophia said, noticing how low the sun was in the sky. Angela nodded and they moved away from the wall. "What is tonight?" Panthro asked. "All Hallows Eve," Angela said as the sun set and they were all able to see the spirits once it was dark. The Thundercats were alarmed by this. "It's allright, they won't harm you," Sophia said, as the spirits began to move around. "What's going on here?" "Tonight is the night when the dead walk the earth and visit the living. It is the only time the year when you get to see the ones you love who've passed onto the next realm," Sophia said. "So it is on this night that we celebrate life & death as a cycle. A night to respect the dead, see into the future, and converse with the spirits," Angela said. "But, what about...?" "There are no black magicks involved in this. Its a natural thing that happens. And besides, magick is nither black or white. It's what you do with that makes it dark or light," Sophia said. The cats were quiet for a moment. "The gods felt that you all should be apart of this celebration, for there are friends of yours who have come to see you," Angela said, and looked behind her. They all looked to see old family and freinds who were now dead. Among them were Cluadais and Jaga. "By Jaga," Tyrga said. Sophia smiled. "I think you all have some catching up to do," she said. Everyone was scattered through out the woods, talking with the spirits and swaping stories. Near the memorial wall, Angela was talking with the dead Magick Warriors of Earth. "They have done very well to protect this planet the whole time they've been here," Angela said to them. "We know, we've been watching," a girl in green said, Earth W. "I wish you guys were here now. We could get this fight over with..." Angela started. "Spirit Queen. We protected the Earth, and our time is done. It's time for them to protect this Earth, for it's their time and not ours," a girl is golden yellow said, Air W. "Yes. Each era has their own protectors, and they are the ones who'll protect this era not us," a girl in red said, Fire W. "They're right. But you and Sophia will always be here to protect all the Earths," a girl in blue said, Water W. Angela nodded. "You're right. I'm sorry for being selfish," she said. "It's alright. Besides, you have family to talk to," Earth W said and gestured to a tall rouge man with dark hair and blue eyes dressed in armor. "Darling," she said and dashed over to him. She was able to hold and hug him because she was connected to Spirit by her powers. It was her husband, Spirit King. "And someone else is here as well," he said, and directed her attention to a adult guy who looked very much like her. "Lance," she said, tears in her eyes. It was her son from Earth. From the shadows, Sophia watched this with a smile on her lips. It always touched her heart to see family reunions. And she was seeing a lot of them that night. "Sophia," said a voice on the wind and sh elooked to see the first One of All, in the shadow of a tree five feet away from Sophia. They looked very much alike but but the spirit had long hang that went to her ankles. "Sophia," she gasped. The spirit smiled and went into the woods. "Wait," Sophia said and followed her deep into the woods. She was led to a pond that reflected the full moon in the sky. In it, she could see that the spirits were walking all over the earth, and she smiled. Soon, she was surounded by the Ones of All who came before her. Then, she began to see images in the pool. Images from the future of the new Thundercats and the Lunatacks. As well as stuff from New Thundera. "This is what's going to happen in the future Sophia," said a female voice. She looked to see the spiprt of the 1st One of All. It was a girl with red hair and bright blue eyes dress in white. Sophia smiled when she saw her. "Hello Sophia," she said and the spirit smiled. "So, did you show me this?" Sophia asked as the ghost walked over to her and sat next to her, mimicing her pose of kneeling/sitting and leannig on her arm as she looked in the pool. "Yes. I couldn't show them this but I could show you," ghost Sophia said. "But you know that I don't mess with fate...especially after the last time," living Sophia said. "What are you saying," ghost Sophia asked. Living Sophia sighed. "If I tell the Thundercats anything about what you have shown me, the future may be changed drasticlly. Remember what happen when I was told about my future?" Living Sophia asked. "Yes. You almost didn't survive the end of Earth," ghost Sophia said sadly, after a moment. "Because I was over confident in what i was shown and told," living Sophia said. The ghost looked in the water sadly, brushed a hand over the water and it rippled, making the images go away. "I'm sorry, I was just trying to help," ghost Sophia said. "That's allright, I still love you," living Sophia said, smiling at her. The ghost sighed with a smile, resting her head on the living Sophia's shoulder. "You've always been like that. So carefree and forgiving. That's what has helped you survive these years. I'm glad you were able to find Angela and save her," the ghost said. "Me too," Sophia said, and they touched foreheads as they laced together their free hands. The past and present were together in that moment and all the Ones of All began to converse right there by the pond. The celebrations continued through out the night, and the Thundercats learned that All Hallows Eve was not something to fear, but something to celebrate. For it's the night to celebrate the cycle of life, and remeber the ones who passed one. And during that night, that knowledge was spread across the planet by the spirits and fears were lifted for that night. When dawn came, the spirits left to return to the other realm and leave the living for another year. Everyone in the woods were tired, but glad that they had celebrated that long for it would be another year for them to talk with the spirits like that again. And as they all left Sophia kept what she was shown a secret deep within her heart, knowing what was in store for them all, hidden forever...or so we think.
I make it a point not to think. More fanfics.
