Part 3
Snarf was in the control room, taking Cheetara's place since he thought she was catching up on some lost sleep. He was about to fall asleep at the control panel himself until Snarfer chimed in.
"Snarfer checking, Uncle Osb--I mean Snarf. Are you there?"
Snarf woke up and answered the call. "Snarf here. How is everything at the Tower of Omens?"
"All's quiet, unc. WilyKit and WilyKat called in. They and Lynx-O are through helping the Berbil with Dracula's slaves and are heading back. How about you?"
"Snarf. We had a rough night too. Tygra attacked Cheetara and I but we were able to stop him. She's sleeping in her room now and I'm taking control until everyone returns." Snarf said.
*****
Cheetara lied in bed wearing a 14th century white nightgown. The long sleeve, satin, tricot gown embroidered with a lace medallion on her stomach, brought out her figure perfectly. When Dracula returned with Cheetara, Dracula had Shaft say the magical spell to revive Lisa's spirit. She was in the master bedroom that Dracula and Lisa shared together. The room was like any other master bedroom. It had a large, king-size bed, covered with an ivory comforter and soft, ivory satin sheets. On her bedside, was Dracula, who had been watching her for hours now.
Cheetara slowly moaned and awakened. Her vision was blurry at first, but once it cleared, she recognized the person smiling at her. "Dracula?" She said confused.
"Yes, Lisa, it is me. How are you feeling?" Dracula asked caressing her hand.
"I feel a little strange. The last thing I remember was being burned at the stake. The people of Transylvania thought I was a witch because I gave you Alucard and aided the sick with medicine."
"It's all right, my love. You don't have to worry about them anymore."
"Why do you say that, Dracula? Did you kill them?" Lisa asked.
"We are in another time. Thousands of years in the future." Dracula avoided the question.
"Thousands of years in the future? How can I be alive? Am I a vampire?" She asked trying to figure out what was going on.
"No, Lisa, you're not a vampire. You know I would never do that to you. Your body died all those years ago, but your spirit lived on. I have revived you in another woman's body. She looks just like you."
"I'm not in my own body. What about this woman's spirit? Where is it?" Lisa asked.
Dracula kissed her cheek. "Nothing for you to worry about."
"I'm not sure about this; taking another woman's body." She confessed feeling guilty.
"I'm sure." He said and hugged her. "I'm so glad to have you back in my arms again."
"I'm glad too, but what about our son, Alucard. Where is he?"
"He's dead."
Lisa shook her head in disbelief. "No. He can't be."
"Regretfully, he is, but not literally. He put himself in an eternal slumber so strong that even I cannot bring him out of it." Dracula lied. I'm sorry to lie to you, my love, but it is the only way.
Lisa begin to cry and Dracula pulled her in his arms. "My son. My only child, gone."
"I mourn with you too, Lisa, but perhaps we can make more now that we are united again."
Lisa pulled away from him, resting her hands on his shoulders and looking him in his eyes. "More children?"
"You and I wanted more years ago."
Lisa looked nervous. "Yes, we did, but can this new body of mine give you more children?"
A wicked smile crept on his face. "Well, there is one way to find out." He said slyly and kissed her. His mouth moved possessively over hers. She welcome him in her mouth and ran her hands up and down his back and into his silky hair. Dracula pushes himself down on Lisa, making her fall back on the bed. Dracula felt the early morning sunlight coming and got off Lisa. "I must get back to my coffin, but we will finish this tonight." He promised her and left.
Lisa smile as Dracula left and got out of bed. She glanced at herself in the mirror and took another look and screamed in horror.
*****
Lion-O and Panthro returned to Cat's Lair not too long after dawn after battling vampires. They defeated most of the vampires during the night and were looking very tired when they finally returned home. Snarf was there to greet them when they entered Cat's Lair.
"Boy, you guys look tired." Snarf observed.
"We are; up all night and day for the past two days fighting vampires and searching for Dracula's weakness and keeping Cheetara away from Dracula...." Lion-O stopped and suddenly got a weird feeling about her. "Where is Cheetara anyway?"
"She's in her room sleeping. After Tygra attacked--"
"Tygra attacked you?!" Lion-O and Panthro asked, interrupting Snarf.
"Yeah, but Cheetara and I stopped him. We put him in one of the prison cells below." Snarf answered.
"Wake Cheetara up. I have a strange feeling about her, and while you do that, I'll free Tygra." Lion-O commanded.
Lion-O went to the lower part of Cat's Lair to the prison cells where Tygra was being kept. He heard low growls near the main door of the prison cells. When he opened it and walked to the cells, he saw a couple of the bars chewed and the rest bent opened enough for someone to get out. Inside the cell, he saw broken shackles. Lion-O knew of course it was Tygra, but where was he? He heard a growl coming from behind him and Lion-O turned around. No one was there. He heard a loud growl in front of him and before he could act, Tygra tackled him to the floor. Lion-O pushed Tygra off him and got a good look at his second-in-command. Tygra looked different than he did the night before. He seem bigger. His face was darker and hairier. His teeth looked sharper as well. He charged after Lion-O again.
"Tygra, it's me, Lion-O!" Lion-O shouted and dodged out of Tygra's way. "I don't want to hurt you."
Tygra growled at Lion-O. "Like you could."
Lion-O pulled out his Sword of Omens. He didn't want to use it and figured that he didn't have to use it to hurt Tygra, only heal him. He saw Tygra running towards him again and prepared to use the sword to heal him. His eyes widen surprised when he saw Tygra disappeared in front of him. This wasn't good. Tygra grabbed Lion-O from behind, causing Lion-O to drop his sword, but Lion-O was stronger and broke free. He grabbed Tygra by the arm and threw him down.
Lion-O grabbed his sword and aimed it on Tygra. "HO!" A blue light surrounded Tygra, holding him in place. "Sword of Omens, free Tygra from the dark spell placed on him by Dracula. HO!"
The sword's power begin to force Tygra out of his spell. Tygra looked as if he was in an internal struggle fighting the evil from within. Finally, Tygra roared, casting out Dracula's spell. He fell to the floor weak. Lion-O helped Tygra up.
"Are you all right?" the lord asked.
"Yes, I believe so. What happened? I don't remember." Tygra was confused.
"Dracula cast a spell on you, making you his slave and forcing you to attack us." Lion-O explained.
Snarf ran in panicked. "Lion-O! Cheetara's gone. I went to her room to wake her up, but she wasn't there. It looked like a fight took place there."
"Dracula." Lion-O cursed under his breath. "He used that vampire attack last night on our friends as a diversion to get Cheetara because he knew that we wouldn't let her fight with him around, and I fell for it. This is all my fault." Lion-O blamed himself.
"Cheetara?" Tygra said confused. "Why would Dracula want her?"
"Cheetara looks exactly like Dracula's wife thousands of years ago, except for her cheetah spots and tear lines. We believe he wants his wife again." Lion-O explained. "However, I don't think I'm powerful enough to stop him so we may have to call on another person....someone who knows Dracula well."
"Who in the living world would know that?" Tygra asked.
"He's not living. We have to revive his son, Alucard. I think he is the only one who could stop Dracula."
"How are we going to do that?" Snarf asked.
"Hopefully, the sword can or the book on 1st Earth Evil could help us. Let's get back to the counsel room and check out the book." Lion-O said authoritatively

Lisa looked at herself in the mirror. She didn't recognized herself completely. This is not what she looked like. "This is not how I look, not exactly. I never had spots in my hair or," she touched her face, "these marks. Dracula said she looked exactly liked me, but she doesn't. She resembles me, yes, but...I'm not sure this is right. What about her family and friends?" She asked to no one in particular. She turned around and gasp and the cloaked figure behind her. "Who are you?" She asked frightened.
"I'm Shaft. I'm the one who revive Dracula and you." His voice was dark and a little frightful.
"What are you doing here?"
"Your husband told me to check on you." He stepped closer to her and Lisa stepped back cautiously, afraid of him.
"I'm fine, thank you. Wait. You said that you revived me. Who's body is this? I know it's not mine."
"Why?"
"I must know. This woman may have a family that is worried about her." Lisa said.
"You must talk to your husband. He brought her to me." He said as he began to leave.
"Wait, Shaft. I have one more question. Dracula said that he couldn't do it, but could you revive Alucard, my son?" Lisa asked.
"If I could, he would be here." He lied and left. He's not useful anyway.
*****
Lion-O, Panthro, and Tygra were in the counsel room studying the 1st Earth Book, looking for a way to revive Alucard.
"I think I found it." Tygra said. "According to the book, the only way to revive Alucard is a dark priest with knowledge of reviving spirits or a person with a pure soul and a pure reason to revive the dead and must be able to call on mystical powers to help him." Tygra said and he and Panthro looked at Lion-O.
"I guess that'll be me and the Sword of Omens. Alucard must be at Castlevania, but since he is half human/half vampire, he can only be revived at night. Until then, we must prepare ourselves for the fight in Dracula's castle. It's the only way we can defeat him and save Cheetara."
*****
Lion, Panthro, Tygra, and Bengali arrived at Castlevania just before sunset. They walked behind the castle and found Alucard's grave just as the sun began to set. Lion-O pulled out his sword and quietly prayed that this will work.
Lion-O raised the Sword of Omens over his head. "HO!" He shouted and the sword stretched to its fullest length. "Sword of Omens! Eye of Thundera! Help me revive Alucard, son of Dracula so he will help us defeat Dracula and save Cheetara! HO!"
The wind begin to blow swiftly and violently as it did a few days ago. Thunder and lightening occurred in the skies so frequently it was almost difficult to tell whether it was day or night. The ground began to rumble again and the four male Thundercats stepped back away from the opening ground. Lion-O looked in the ground and saw a coffin opened. Alucard opened his eyes and saw Lion-O. He rose from his coffin and set his feet on a ground in front of Lion-O.
"Who are you? Why have you revived me?" Alucard asked.
"I am Lion-O, Lord of the Thundercats. Your father has been revived once more and has brought vampires to our planet. He has also captured Cheetara, a fellow Thundercat. Apparently, she looks like Lisa, your mother and Dracula's wife. We cannot defeat Dracula alone. We need your help."
Alucard studied the young lord and knew he was telling the truth. He has been revived before, but it was by evil people who tried to make him like his father, but Alucard promised himself to fight with good against evil, even if it means his father.
"I will help you, Lion-O. How long has it been since he captured your Cheetara?" Alucard asked.
"Last night while we were fighting vampires and slaves who were attacking our other friends."
"Your friend is safe. If she resembles my mother as you say, then she will be fine. My mother was the only woman father ever loved. He wouldn't do anything to harm her. He wouldn't make her a vampire like him. Nevertheless, we must rescue her, but it will not be easy. Castlevania is filled with evil monsters, mummies, seductive vampires, and has rooms that will torture you for all eternity. You must always be on your guard." Alucard warned them.
"We will. Let's go." Lion-O said.
