This story takes place in any normal time (after stars) and this is not the start of a new season or an ongoing radio play this will be a 7 part play about Rei Hino! Our story starts off in the Shadey Hills of Hikawa Jinja (The Cherry Hill Temple for those only familiar with the DiC Dub) Where Rei wakes up to a beautiful morning of chores..goody. Rei relaizes after noticin her grandfather on the roof that if she lost him that she would basically go off the deep end and comnpletely lose it "What with her dad being in politics and her mother dead"...she felt practically alone. Anyways during the course of the first chapter Rei's grandfather takes a nasty fall off the roof and she rushes to the hospital with Usagi.
At the temple (Later on after seeing her grandfathers condition) she realizes her darkest fears might come true and she just may lose gramps. But one women would see that gramps did suffer his untimely death as Rei discovers while chanting to the sacred flames. That womans name is..'Demon Lady' and she will see gramps die if Rei refuses to cooperate with this mad women who Rei discovers is in fact her long dead Mother!!
When Rei finally accepts to go with her to the Dark Realm she learns of the most vile overlord they could ever face was in search of the lost imperial crystal which he was searching for 1030 years ago when Serenity wielded the crystals power...Now Serenity is dead and the time for a restart of the past is coming true...MAdruk WILL have the crystal this time! What will befall Rei? Will Gramps survive through the night? Why is Rei's holy and spiritual (dead) mother being so cruel? Find out in the radio play 'A Hearts Undying Wish'!
