Nov. 25, 1941 My Dear Charlotte, Your very welcome letter received this morning I am sorry to hear of your colds. It seams hard to get on your feet when one has a bad cold in the beginning of the Winter. Wouldent it be wonderfull if we had only a few weeks of Winter, then back to fine weather again. I think it wise you did not go to Cokevill. There are so meny accidents these days. It seams dangerous to go anywhere, besides geting into a much colder climate and other conditions not so good. Mother and I spent a quiet Thanksgiven day home alone. Joseph brough us a very fine Turkey dinner. I am taking short SunRay treetments twice a day. I think they are helping me, althow the pain under my arm continues night and day. It feals Just as if one was puling on a string constantly, being fastined on a fishhook caugh in the flesh. We received a very nice letter from John A., also a Cliping of the News paper add. I shall muster up a little couridge and write to him one of these days. My darling sweetheart I hope you will be blessed with health and strength to overcome colds and all ills. Accept of our Love. Mother is feeling as well as can be expected. Very Sincerely your Father
