Nov. 3, 1941 My Dear Charlotte, Nedra told Mill you had taken a cold. I am sorry to hear you are Ill. Hope you shall be well right away. I am gaining a little very slowly. I sleep a little better althou I am awake a good part of the night. The boils under my arm and on my right sholder are still very painfull and gives me plenty of worey. The boils on my chest is a lot better only I swet at the least exertion or long visits. Then I chill, so I am trying to be as quiet as possible. We are geting along nicely. Mill is very good to help us and often brings our dinner. So you needent worey. I think in a few days Mother and I can get along looking after the shingeling problem. Accept our Love. Very Sincerely. Do not get out to soon so as to take a backset
