Logan, Utah Sept. 12, 1930 My dearest Charlett, ' Your dear letter came yesterday. I guss you have every thing in order by now. You sure had one big job. lf I should move I don't know what I would do. I guss I would go bugs. I have so much trash around but it is getting less evry day. We are going to have a bonfire one of these days. I couldent ceep from crying when you wrote the. boys came home :crying from school. The poor kids. Tell J.R. to come to Logan. It seeing you are so far away now and yet it only takes one more hour to get to you. Papa said he would take us some day. Maby we will let Geneava stay with you till Confrance time, then maby I can have a chance to come down. She is not well to day. The poor girl looks so bad today, but she will be better in a few days. You know then I feel like she could come and stay for a week or two with you. I think it would be good for her to get out before the cold weather comes. The Temple opens on wedensday. I have so much to do before then. I will be so glad to get back again. I very seldom get out off the house. It will be a treat to get back. We went up to the camp wedensday night and cooked dinner for the boys and there familys. They got up there 7:30. It made it quite late before we got home. The road is quite bad. We have to detore in so meny places. I was alomst afraid to come down in the dark. How I wished you and your family could have been with us. The Canyon is Just beautifull now. The leaves have turned a golden brown and red. We got off in such a hurry, Papa came home at elevan and said "hurey and get redy. We are going to the camp. We must leave at twelve when the men quit work. " If you don't think there was some thing to do. I dident have eny thing redy. It was the only night the boys could get off. And it is getting quite cool up in the Canyon. It gets dark a little after six. It was nice they could all come. I think we had a real nice diner. They all said it was nice. I hope Papa will take us down before long. I want you to help me out if you can. I will tell you when we come down ore I will rite and tell you what I want. Hope you like your new home. I know you will. It won't take long till you will have meny friends and I know you won't get lonesome. You will have plenty to ceep you busay. Did you get your home in Ogden rented ore did you sell it ? How dose Berenice like Salt Lake. I guss Ruben was glad to have you down there now. You can have it so much nicer. He can come home so much earlier. It is much nicer for you both. I have felt so lonesom all day. I just wanted to cry all day. I don't know what is the matter.
