Meet Yui and her best friend, Miaka. Even though they are best friends these two girls are very different.
Yui is smarter than Miaka
Yui is prettier than Miaka.
And even though they both get sucked into a magic book at the same time...
Miaka gets all the breaks. This thing gets to be the dramatic heroine of the story.
All these guys want to get with her. The good guys, the bad guys, the straight guys, the gay guys, the guys who profess to hating women, the rich guys, the poor guys. You name it. It's disgusting.
Out of all these guys, Miaka chooses Tamahome, the only one one that Yui likes, and Miaka and Tamahome spend the rest of a very long seris professing and proving their love for each other.
Yui, on the other hand, gets kidnapped by a scary man, gets brainwashed into thinking she was raped and Miaka dosen't care about her...
And then she becomes the definitive bitchy bad guy. But despite her cruelty towards Miaka, Miaka still cares about her would give her life so that Yui would be happy. Dear Lord, gag me with a spoon! Poor poor Yui.
