Sailor Moon is a Japanese animation that has been dubbed in to English for all the fans. Sailor moon is the story of Serena, a junior high school student who discovers she has mystical powers and is destined to protect the world from the Evil Queen Beryl and the fiends of the Negaverse.
Sailor moon, Serena, is the first of the Sailor Scout to be found. As soon as Serena/Sailor Moon seems to be introuble tuxedo Mask appears. Tuxedo Mask is the male super heroe that sailor moon falls for and is usually being rescued by.
Gradually Serena and her cat, Luna, assemble a team of Sailor Scouts to help her battle the forces of darkness, that are thrown at them.
After Serena Sailor mercury, Ami, is found. Ami is an A plus student who enjoys getting good grades. Ami is the sailor that everyone turns to when they need help.
Then a few more episodes later Sailor Mars, Raye, is found. Serena and raye don't seem to get along at all and can usually be found fighting with the bad guys.
Sailor Jupiter, Lita, and Sailor Venus, Mina, arrive within an episode of each other. Lita loves to cook, but is feared by everyone cause she was kicked out of her old school for fighting. Lita comes to find a friend in Serena immediatly. Mina appeared during the middle of a battle just as the Sailor Scouts and tuxedo Mask were lousing. Along with Mina came her cat Artemis, whom is just like Luna, but male. Serena was more than stoacked to meet Mina/Venus because she played Sailor V on tv; the girl Serena wished she was.
The Sailor Scouts must take on the evil forces of the Negaverse while dealing with the problems of adolescence at the same time. bad grades and crushes at Crossroads Jr. High can be just as perplexing as the forces of evil. Slowly throughout the show Serena moves closer towards fullfilling her destiny; to save the universe as Neo-Queen Serenity in the name of the moon.
