Featherdrake

Cabbit drags you out into a beautiful meadow. You look around and see all the different types of wild flowers. In the direct center of it is a huge tree that is at least ten feet tall. "Ahh, the home of my feather dragons. Isn't it beautiful?" Cabbit asks. You nod in agreement, and you start to walk around. Then your foot feels as if it's about to burn off and, looking where you were about to step, you find a orange featherdrake.

You bend down to look at it, and he looks up at you innocently. Cabbit laughs at him, then looks at you. "Shall we go see if we can find Jerrin? She had a clutch a while ago, and one of her children resides here. You should find them together." You nod, then look around. Off to one side, you see... Oh, that's so cute! A purple featherdrake is curled up, lying its head on a brown and green one. "Well, well, well. The mother and daughter there are pretty sweet, I admit that. The brown and green is Jerrin, the purple is her daughter, Stara," she explains, pointing to each one as she names her.

"This," Cabbit tells you,"is a bark featherdrake female named Jerrin. She was abandoned, so she's very suspicious of strangers. Stara is a sunset featherdrake, and is Jerrin's daughter... Jerrin loves her so much. She used to gaurd Ashon, my male coal featherdrake, as if he were her own, but now he's an adult. Her baby grew up, too, so she doesn't keep quite so close of an eye on her, either. Jerrin still watches over them and another adult feather drake, simply because she came from the first clutch so she's the oldest. This little girl was also abandoned, so Jerrin keeps a special eye on her. The only good thing about this is that Indiga can tell if you're good or bad, so she can calm Jerrin down. Would you like to see her?" You nod your head yes, so Cabbit leads you to a purpleish feather drake.

You sit for a moment, mesmorized by Indiga's beauty, before you realize that she's sizing you up. After a second more of the uncomfortable staring, since it felt like she was looking into your soul, she croons happily. Jerrin, who had been waiting for this, seems to relax. "Indiga said she's sorry for making you uncomfortable. Her powers still need more training so it's unnoticeable when she's examining you," Cabbit informs you. You glance at Indiga, then smile. You then see a sign.
