Sophia Rebecca SCHMIDT was born on 06 Jul 1842, in Wasserhorst. She was the daughter of Gerd SCHMIDT and Maria Catharina Eliz. BARENBURG. Sophia died in Aug 1871, in Lesumstotel, when she was only 29 years & 29 days old.
Martin and Sophia were married on 11 May 1866. The record of their marriage is recorded in both the Lesum & Wasserhorst church records. After Sophia's death, Martin married Meta HOPPE, on 13 Sep 1876.
