As you can see, a 6-day week works just as well as a 5-day week and such a system is very flexible. My personal choice would be to count the days of each season: 89 for Winter, 93 for Spring, 93 for Summer and 90 for Autumn, eliminating the months and ignoring the weeks. Someone else may choose to count the weeks instead of the months, or number them together, each little box containing numbers for the day of the week, month, season and year. People can apply whatever variations they like, because nearly everyone knows the day each season begins, the anchor of time for all life on Earth. Imagine a village of laid-back gardeners and craft workers who will not allow tight production schedules and profit margins to dominate their lives, because they grow their own food, make their own clothing and almost everything else. To them money is a convenience, not a necessity. Such people live close to Nature by keeping a wide, protective belt of wilderness around their communty, orienting mind and spirit to Sun and Seasons, phases of Moon, quality of vegetables and handicrafts and the gentle education of their children. The passing of any hour, day, week or month is far less important than the arrival of Winter, Spring, Summer and Autumn. Thus, time passes slowly and peacefully - one of their greatest joys.
