The New Musical Challenge

Ok, so here are the rules:  Each week, 10 songs will be put into
the new musical challenge.  You may only vote once per week, but
you may choose as many songs as you wish.  Be careful, because
once you click the submit button, that's it.  No more voting
until next week.

Here is how the songs are chosen for the challenge:
2 songs from the top 10
2 songs from 11-20
1 song from 21-30
1 song from 31-40
1 song from 41-50
2 songs from the OTB list
1 song from the recurrent list

Each week there will be TWO winners.  If a song wins 3 times, it
will be placed in the hall of fame.  If a song fails to win twice it
will be eliminated for eternity.  If a song fails to recieve a single
vote in a week, that will cause an automatic elimination.  In cases of a
tie, there will still be 2 winners, (the updater will choose the winner)
however, the song will not be penalized with a strike.
