This is some of the most intense industrial black metal I've ever encountered. This is the kind of sound I might expect to hear in the "dark satanic mills" of Blake's industrialized England, emanating from the souls of the workers condemned to the soulless and dehumanizing tedium of working in the bleakness of those early factories. Or better yet, this might be the soundtrack to Stalinist Soviet Union under the Five Year Plans, where the policies of forced industrialization and collectivization took a toll of human life in the order of millions of people. This is so bleak, what with the pounding electronic drums, the inhuman vocals, the guitar patterns that resemble black metal and yet do not resemble black metal. The best reference point here is The Axis of Perdition: both bands share a bleak, desolate sound. Cannot recommend highly enough.
