Radiocarbon Dates from Paleo Indian Sites across the US


Of particular note are the dates associated with the Baucom-Hardaway Site. This site's namesake typology, the Hardaway Point, may well represent the first definitive Pre-Clovis/Early Man tool assemblage found in North America. The typology is rare wherever found, and is virtually never found on any sites yeilding Clovis/Fluted points.(Stone)
