Kenneth And Virginia Thomas

THOMAS--KENNETH EDWARD, 6 years old, and VIRGINIA OPAL, 5 months old, were killed in an automobile accident near St. Petersburg, Fla., late Saturday night. Survivors include parents, Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Thomas; one brother, David Thomas; one sister, Susan Thomas, all of St. Petersburg; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Kyle, Dalton, Ga., and Mr. and Mrs. John Thomas, Ringgold, Ga.: several aunts and uncles also survive.

A double funeral will be held Friday afternoon at 2 o'clock from Mount Rachel Baptist Church with the Rev. Charles Hambright and the Rev. John Cummings officiating. Active pallbearers for Kenneth will be Kenneth Kyle, Lamar Kyle, Lamar Kirk and Junior Mathis. Active pallbearers for Virginia will be Ronnie Crick, Donald Mathis, Lloyd Starks and Junior Kyle. Interment will follow in West Hill Cemetery, Dalton. The bodies are at the residence of the grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W. J. Kyle, at 107 East Long Street, Dalton.
