Sam and Nancy Stancil had at least 6 children. There is a possibility that they had 7 but I don't have any definite information besides the 1900 census for Whitfield County, Georgia. It shows that Nancy has had 8 children with 7 surviving. There is no records indicating that she and John Starks had any children besides my father, William P. Starks. For the time being, I am operating under the assumption that Sam and Nancy had 7 children with 6 surviving.
