In October, 2003, a few of the descendants of Thomas & Catherine Nelson Starks gathered at New Hope Baptist Church. We were attempting to find the graves of Thomas and Catherine and also some of the graves of other Starks relatives. Those gathered included descendants of brothers, Lewis & John Starks.
After exploring the cemetery, we adjourned to the East Ellijay home of cousin Linda and her husband Mack. We were provided a good lunch and excellant conversation.
