I highly recommend Southwest Airlines. The National Airline Quality Rating ranked Southwest Number One the past three years in a row. The NAQR criteria includes safety, baggage handling, on-time take-off and arrival and number of customer complaints. I personally flew to and from New Orleans on Southwest and arrived on-time, in one piece and with all my baggage both times.
