The Solemans far out sports
I am not an experienced climber, but I do enjoy the sport very much. I attended Edinboro University where they have an indoor climbing gym. I spent as much time as I can in there. It has easy to difficult climbs with an overhang that is always fun to test your skill on.       Also, The university C.O.R.E. sponsered various outings which I attended when possible. The rock climbing ones are always well monitored and diverse as far as the climbing goes. The C.O.R.E. supplies the equipment which is the basics:       Harness, Gri-gri's, Beaners, Ropes, Mesh, Gloves, helmets and transportation.

To tell you the truth. I love climbing because its so fun to see how far you can get up the mountain before you become to tierd or the climb becomes to tough. It's also a thrill to know that you can be 50 feet up the side of a mountain and still be just as safe as if you were standing on the ground.

When I climb, I usual just do a few 50-100 feet climbs. I would like to try some steeper and taller climbs but there just aren't any around here. There are some in Charlotte, N.C. That's where I stay over the summer. I am really excited about getting all the equpiment. It will take a little time and financial dedication to achieve this but I am starting to see the end of the tunnel.
