Chapter 4: The first Day
“Wow this hotel room is huge,” Dani said.
“Its pretty cool” Valen said putting her bags on the floor.
“What do you think about today?” Jose asked her friends.
“It was great! Ike, Tay and Zac are great people,” Kusa said lying on one bed.
The phone rang for two times and Dani answered.
“Hello?”
“Hi there, what are you guys doing?” Zac asked.
“Hi, we are unpacking” Dani answered, she was confused, she didn’t recognized the voice.
“Do you know who is this?” Zac asked giggling.
“Nope”
Dani just smile, even do Zac couldn’t see her.
“Why don’t you girls come to our room to hang out for a while, till we go to Hard Rock Café” Zac suggested.
“No, it is better if you guys come to our room. We haven’t finish unpacking yet, our room is a mess” Dani answered nervously.
“Ok then, we will be there in 5 second, bye Dani” Zac said rapidly and hang.
Dani told her friends what Zac just said. She didn’t even finish telling her friends what Zac told her and they were knocking on the door.
“They are here!” Kusa said loudly.
“No way!! You are kidding” Valen said sarcastically.
Dani opened the door and Zac and Ike were standing there without Tay.
“Where’s Taylor?” Valen asked.
“He is in the bathroom,” Zac said giggling.
“No, he is down, at the lobby with our father that just arrived” Ike said observing from top to bottom the room.
“Sorry guys, come in” Jose said.
“Thanks” Ike said.
“Is your mother and the rest of your family here?” Valen asked.
“What day is today?” Zac asked.
“Monday” Jose answered.
“Then, our mother will be coming by Thursday, I guess” Zac said sitting on one of the four beds.
The phone rang for three times and Kusa answered.
“Valen you mom” Kusa said handing Valen the phone.
While Valen was talking on the phone Tay came in and sat down next to Valen on the bed.
When Valen hung up the phone Zac suggested to play truth or dare, so they could know each other better. They all agreed and all sat down.
“Who wants to start?” Ike asked.
No one answered and after a long silence Zac said he would.
“Ok, mmm Dani, truth or dare?”
“Truth” she answered.
“Do you have a boyfriend?”
“Yes I do” Dani said with a huge smile on her face.
“Dani your turn to ask anyone” Ike said.
“Taylor do you have a girlfriend?”
“No, I don’t have a girlfriend, don’t believe what people said about our girlfriends” he said, he sounded like that really bothers him.
“My turn” said Taylor “Val, who is your favorite Hanson?”
Valen didn’t want to answer that question, the three of them are especial, but Taylor was her favorite.
“Well, you three are amazing and I guess the three of you are, you are my favorite band” Valen said nervously.
“And physically?” Tay asked.
“Sorry those are two questions,” Ike said smiling.
“Ike truth or dare?” Valen asked.
“Truth”
“Did you liked living in Ecuador?”
“Yes, it was a nice experience, we visited lots of places and everything. But we only lived there for 4 or 5 months” Ike answered in a weird tone.
“It’s my turn and I am going to ask mmm, Jose” he said looking at her.
“Nope” she sounded disappointed.
“Jose, its your turn” Zac said.
“Zac, truth or dare?”
“Well, I guess I will choose dare”
“Yes I have,”he said with a playful look.
“You wish!” Tay said.
“Yeah I have” Zac said angrily.
“Oh, really who?” Ike asked.
“Marion” Zac said proudly. (Do you guys think this its true??)
“Zac, no offence dear bro, but you know that’s a lie, nothing happened between you and Marion” Ike said.
“Hahaha, sure Zac” Tay said.
“Believe it or not I did” Zac said even more angry.
“Ok Zac, if you say so” Ike said.
“Lets continue” Tay said trying to stop the argument.
“Kusa truth or dare?” Zac asked her.
“Truth”
“What the hell does Kusa means and what has to do with your name?” Zac asked.
All of them laughed.
“Well, its a long story” Kusa answered.
“I don’t care, tell me please!!” Zac said.
“At my house the call me Kukus and Dani heard it and she started to call me Kusa” she told Zac.
“What does Kusa means?” Ike asked.
“I don’t know, it just my nickname” Kusa answered.
Someone knocks on the door and Dani went to open it. It was a very tall man, black hair.
“Hi dad” Tay said standing up.
“Hey everyone, my name is Walker. I am Isaac’s, Taylor’s and Zac’s dad” Walker said.
“Nice to meet you, Mr. Hanson” the four of them said standing up.
“Let’s go to have dinner,” Walker said.
“Great dad, we are going to take our jackets from our room” Ike said.
“Ok then, I will wait for you down stairs” Walker said and left the room.
The four girls looked for their jackets in all the mess their room was and after 5 minutes, then went down stairs to meet Hanson.
“Ok then guys get into the van ‘cause we are going to Hard Rock Café” Walker said.
“Geez dad, that’s great” Zac said sarcastically and everyone laughed.
“Look at all does girls at the entrance. How did they know we were going to be here?” Ike asked confused.
They all were looking through the window. There were million of girls screaming, with posters, other crying.
“When you are a Hanson fan, you always know what you guys are up to” Valen said.
“Really?” Zac asked.
“Yeah” Valen answered.
They parked the white van at the back of the Hard Rock Café. When they entered the restaurant. Lots of people and cameras were inside.
A reporter went were Hanson was entering and screamed for everyone to one that they were there. Everyone went running towards them.
“Hello everyone, we are here at the Hard Rock Café with Hanson and the lucky winners from Ecuador,” a skinny woman asked. “How does it feel to be with Hanson for one whole week?” The woman put the microphone so Kusa will answered.
“Great” she answered shyly.
“Guys are you going to sing for us today?” another person asked.
“Yes” Ike answered sharply.
Taylor grabbed Valen’s wrist, Ike grabbed Jose and Kusa and Zac did the same to Dani.
“Oh, no, what would Hanson fans would think about this?” Valen said to her self.
“Today has been your first day with Hanson, tell us how has it been so far?” a reporter asked.
“It has been great, the boys are really, really nice people” Dani answered, she was very nervous. It was the first time in front of the cameras and she was wondering what channel it was, till she saw it was “E”.
“Come on guys, let’s find you place, it is on the back so no one can bother you,” a short and fat man said. All of them followed him to a big round table at the very back of the restaurant. They all sat down.
“Are you going to perform tonight?” Kusa asked.
“Yes” Ike answered.
“What song are you going to sing?” Dani asked.
“ “If Only”, “This time around” and “Save me”” Tay answered.
“Great songs, especially “Save me”” Valen answered.
“Are you ready to other?” the fat man asked.
“I want a hamburger with a coke” Zac ordered.
“I want the same, but with wine,” Tay said. (Thanks Iva!!)
“I want a salad with water please” Ike ordered.
“What about you girls?” Walker asked.
“I want a hamburger with sprite,” Kusa said.
“I want a Caesar salad, with mmm, what juices do you have?” Valen asked.
“Any juice you want” the fat man said.
“Then I want an orange juice,” Valen said.
“I am going to have some pork chops” Jose said “With a coke”
“She is always hungry!” Dani said giggling.
Kusa, Zac and Valen started to laugh.
“Very funny” Jose said angrily.
“I will have a Caesar salad too, with a coke” Dani ordered.
“I will have some mix-fajitas” Walker ordered “ With some beer please”
The fat, short man repeated the order and left.
Hanson played “If Only”, “This Time Around” and “Save me”. When they finished a reporter from MTV made them all an interview.
When they finished the interview they went back to the hotel and said good night and everyone went to their room.
