Snow Flakes
Snow flakes, Snow flakes falling down,
all around me on the ground.
Landing here and landing there,
quietly floating everywhere.
Some will spin and some will glide.
Some you'll see and some will hide.
Piles of snow flakes that glitter in sun,
they sparkle like diamonds,
Oh what fun!
The snow is for snowmen and snow
angles too. Snowballs and sleigh rides
for me and you!
Snow flakes, snow flakes here and there,
I must tell you to beware.
The snow will thaw and you will melt,
now I have told you how I felt.
I think of you leaving and I get a tear,
but I know you'll be back with me next year.
