True Friend
A true friend is something you'll find its true,
will make you smile when you feel blue.
Whether you talk or say nothing at all,
a friend will be there even when you fall.
A friend will listen to your tales of woe,
and maybe a friend will even show,
that your friendship is strong and it will grow.
A true friend is something that is hard to find,
a person not jealous of you all the time.
A person who'll listen, a person who'll care,
whether joy or sadness with you will share.
Don't lose this friend or you will know,
it's something precious that you've let go.
