30 Day Warranty set list
Cactus Patch set list

30 Day Warranty kicked off the show about 8:30pm to the mostly Bedford and Lynchburg kids who drove 45mins to an hour to see the young band. This would be the second time 30 Day would leave their stamp on the city of Roanoke. Starting the show with a trio of high energy songs and continuing on with there brand of easy sing-a-long songs like "You're Too Fat to Stagedive" and the ever popular cover of the Cheers theme song.

Next up was the band Cactus Patch from Washington DC. The kicked off the set with a softer start than 30 Day, but nonetheless rocked the house with a strong set. The live sound of Cactus Patch could be compared to part Weezer part MUSE and maybe some Better Than Ezra in there also. The band had recently played a sold out show at the 9:30 club opening for American Hi-Fi and The Living End.

Both bands received great attention from the small crowd. Many passers by would peak in the door or smush a face up to the window to try and catch part of the show before leaving for there destination. And yes even the bike cops (often called "po-po" by some in attendance) could be seen head banging as they circled the block. Over all the show was a success, the people were friendly, the club was nice, and the bands rocked!
