Forthcoming Brutality is a death metal band based in Portsmouth, Va.  The band started their trail of death in December 12, 1998 when Derek McKee (Thanatopsis, Decimus) hooked up with Stephen McPeeks (Art Of Destruction).  They produced 8 songs and then recruited Michael Bolerjack (Embodiment) as bassist/vocalist and have produced several more songs with him.

   Forthcoming Brutality's "Hard Edge" style is unmatched in Hampton Roads, being one of the very few death metal bands in the area.  The style is a refreshing break, letting the listener loose their mind in the music and stomp to Stephen's brutal riffs, make them try to keep up with Derek's wild tempo changes and blinding speed, and bury their souls with Michael's gut-wrenching vocals and bass.

   "We've brutalized various clubs in Hampton Roads, Va. and NC.  We are looking into going further and leaving a path of 'Slayer-necks' in the surrounding states.  Our goal is pretty evident:  to be the most brutal band in Hampton Roads and beyond."
