Felicia McFurry is riding home with her brother, Jenson; when Jenson gets a call from the enforcers saying that Dark Kat is making a terrorist threat at the MegaKat Business Complex Tower. The same tower that their parents work. Dark Kat has made this action so unstoppable because he has rigged the room to where the hostages are to the bomb. So if anyone tries to free the hostages, the bomb goes off and if someone tries to disarm the bomb, it goes off. Plus aircraft are in the air to take down the meddlesome SWAT Kats. Even though she was ordered to stay put, Felicia breaks in the building to save her parents but runs into Razor. Razor and her have to leave because the bomb is about to explode. Felicia now has to live alone.
A New Life in A New World
Felicia has been having nightmares of the her terrible experience for about a year now. She now lives in an apartment by herself, Victoria visits her regularly. On their way to find a job since both of them couldn't afford college, they run into Turmoil who makes them an offer which they could not refuse. The only problem is that Turmoil makes them promise that none of them will have a likness for any SWAT Kat. This is a problem because Felicia has had a crush on Razor for a long time.
Love Or Turmoil?
Felicia had left a year ago to join Turmoil, but she never told anyone, not even Jenson. So Jenson has been worried about her. Felicia ends up calling him finally to tell him everything is alright but will not tell where she is. Not only is Jenson worried sick over her but so is Jake Clawson. After hours of searching for her, Chance wants to give up but Jake doesn't. So one early day, Razor goes out in search of her. He snoops around the abandoned industrail site near the bay and finds Felicia but now she has him captive for Turmoil.
The Important Decision
Felicia takes Razor to Turmoil who wants to kill right off but Felicia persuades her to spare his life since he might be useful to get T-Bone back. Turmoil believes her and allows her to take Razor to the prison cells. But when Felicia does, Razor confesses his true feelings for her and tells her to leave immediately. Felicia also confesses her feelings for him but knows she can't betray Turmoil. When Turmoil learns of T-Bone joining up with Felina, she mistakes it for something else and orders for Razor to be killed immediately. Again, Felicia tries to persuade Turmoil to spare his life but Turmoil refuses and questions Felicia's persistence. She gives her the choice of either forgetting about Razor or dieng with him.
The Fatal Mistake
Chance learns of Jake's dating of Felicia now and first is against it but then gives in to Jake's pleading. Felicia and Razor go on a date that night but on his way home, Razor gets attacked by Turmoil's troops in order to punish Felicia for her betrayal. Razor gets seriously wounded, but Felicia rescues him. But in order to help him be safe, Felicia must take him back to the hangar but Felicia isn't aware of Razor's identity so Razor has to tell her who he really is. Victoria learns of Turmoil's persistence of trying to get Felicia so she warns Licia and tells her to meet her at the Chemical Facility. When the SWAT Kats, and Felicia show up, Victoria is there but Dark Kat and Turmoil learn of Victoria's betrayal and is there as well. Now since Turmoil has Felicia there she decides to punish her finally. A punishment that will change the course of Felicia's life forever.
The Birth of Ricochet Felicia is now living at Isis's place near the beach since her old home is now unsafe. In order to get back at Turmoil and Dark Kat for destroying her life, she decides to become a vigilante. A vigilante named Ricochet. She knows the whereabouts of her 2 most hated enemies but knows she will need help. She calls upon the help of her brother, Jenson. But he refuses and tells her not to go. But Ricochet does anyway.
Going Solo
Ricochet is now aboard the train from where Dark Kat and Turmoil are. She must fight her way past Dark Kat's Special Forces in order to reach the car where her adversaries are. But when she finally reaches them, she finds out another dreaded thing.
The Rescue
Jenson learns of Felicia's going off even when he told her not to. Now he must rescue her. He calls upon the help of his friend Cosmo. With that, they both set off to get Rico back.
D-Day Base
Jenson and Ricochet set off towards the missile silo where Dark Kat is at. The same place has a prototype of the DoomsDay Satellite that Dark Kat is planning to launch. But they have to fight their way through the entire silo against Dark Kat's Special Forces.
The Day Off
When Ricochet had finally made it back to Isis's place, Hard Drive is there waiting for her. He almost takes her out but Razor comes to her rescue. Then they must take refuge at Isis's place even if it means to alert Isis of them being a couple. Since Isis is a hacker, she is able to hack into the computer where Hard Drive and Dark Kat are at. They find that their whereabouts is at Katvenya, Ricochet and Jenson set off to go, but this time the SWAT Kats help.
Mission At Katvenya
They reach Katvenya and must fight now against Katvenya Special Forces. But Ricochet ends up getting hurt and Razor must help her to shelter where T-Bone and Jenson set off to finish their mission. The thing is is that the SWAT Kats must use guns and not their glov-a-trixes which kind of makes Razor feels uncomfortable. When they finally reach the bunker to where Dark Kat is at, someone is waiting for them.
The Bunker
The SWAT Kats, Jenson and Ricochet are now prisoners in the bunker. They have to break free and make their way back out. But the bad news is that Dark Kat has already escaped all is left is his troops, swarming all over the place. When they are finally able to make it out of their bunker, someone else is outside waiting for them.
Looks Like The Gang's All Here
The SWAT Kats, Jenson and Ricochet are taken to the Enforcer Archives for investigation. Feral learns of Ricochet's identity. But even that place is not safe enough because Dark Kat takes the opportunity to annihiliate his adversaries and the enforcers with one blow.
Don't Lose Control
The SWAT Kats, Jenson and Ricochet are on their way to Dark Kat' Control Center. But the SWAT Kats had to turn around to refuel, so Rico and Jenson go ahead. They are able to chase Dark Kat out of the Control Center, and up onto the Antenna Cradle. Jenson knows that it will be dangerous up there with the high altitude and all so he tells Rico he must go alone.
Settle the Score
Jenson is on the antenna cradle chasing down Dark Kat. When Jenson gets in a tough situation, Rico goes up to help him.
Ricochet Meets Quiver
Katarina Clawson, Razor's wife from another dimension is tossed into Ricochet's dimension. When they meet, Ricochet doesn't really care for at all since Katarina keeps taking liking to Rico's boyfriend since Katarina can't really tell it is not the same here. T-Bone gets seriously injured by Quiver's aka Katarina's enemy, Jettona and is forced to stay in the hospital. When Jenson, Rico, Quiver and Razor go after Jettona, Razor and Quiver get trapped together away from Ricochet. This makes Ricochet angry fearing that Quiver might pull something making her lose her true love. Quiver gives Razor advice that he should seriously consider marrying Ricochet. When they finally meet up in order to destroy Jettona, so of Quiver's friends from her dimension come to help.
Hard Drive's Revenge
Jake ends up telling Chance the decision he has made. Felicia has decided to become an enforcer but when Razor keeps coming to help, this ticks Felicia off real bad and ends up fighting with him. When Felicia and Jake go out on a date, Hard Drive goes to take revenge on Isis. When Felicia and Jake return, they find Isis's place all messed up and Isis missing.
You've Gone Too Far
The SWAT Kats and Ricochet come Isis's aid and are able to save her from Hard Drive. Only then does Isis start to take a liking for T-Bone.
Felicia's Dream Comes True
Felicia and Jake get married and find out another shocking experience.
Moment of Truth
Felicia goes out on patrol duty one night and ends up being katnapped by Vampeera: a crazed she-kat who soo wants T-Bone just to torture him. Razor tries to rescue Rico instead of giving her T-Bone but he fails and Vampeera threatens him by saying she is killing Ricochet. This angers Razor and goes to get T-Bone's help. Just as about T-Bone gives himself to Vampeera, Felina and Jenson come to the rescue.

Jake learns of the reason why Felicia is soo sick all of a sudden. Something that will affect his life forever.

Duel of the Fates
Johnson ends up stealing equipment from the enforcers but Jenson follows him when he becomes suspicous. When he does, he spots an underground base where the ancient ruins are. But there are some Elite Forces lerking about the place. Jenson knows that Dark Kat must be up to something. Jenson calls Rico and tells her of the situation. Now Rico and Jenson must take revenge against Dark Kat on their own plus fight the Elite Forces.
The Final Chapter
Dark Kat comes back and wants to take revenge for all of the pain the SWAT Kats, Jenson and Ricochet have caused him. Razor takes Ricochet over to Isis's for the night with Dusty so Razor and T-Bone can fix the TurboKat and Ricochet won't be lonely. When Dark Kat decides first to take revenge against Isis, he becomes lucky and ends up katnapping Ricochet and Dusty. Ricochet is able to get Dusty to safety but when Dark Kat learns of this, he becomes angry and punishes her. The SWAT Kats go to the warehouse where Dark Kat is to fight him but Dark Kat has Ricochet there. The enforcers come to help because not only do they have to fight Dark Kat but all of his troops as well. At the end Ricochet ends up taking a bullit for Razor.
Cold Reality
5 years have passed since the last chapter. Jake, Chance, Felicia, and Isis go to the MegaKat City Fair. They bring their sons Dusty and Matthew along. While Chance, Isis, and Jake go to ride the Zipper ride, Felicia takes Matthew and Dusty to get some drinks. While she is busy paying for them, Dusty and Matthew are katnapped by Dark Kat. He has katnapped 7 young kittens that night for a guy named Lin Kuei. Lin Kuei has promised Dark Kat that if he does this then, he would be given the 7 best warriors to fight the SWAT Kats.
A Taste Of Things To Came
10 years have passed since Dusty and other kittens were katnapped. Lin Kuei presents Dark Kat the 6 ninja warriors: Sub-Zero, Scorpion, Rain, Noob Saibot, Reptile and Smoke. He told Dark Kat that the 7th one was going to be used as a cybernetic warrior called Cyrax. Dark Kat gets a little sample of each of the ninjas' powers.
It Has Begun
Dark Kat sends Reptile, Sub-Zero and Scorpion to attack the Enforcer Headquarters. He told them to take care of the enforcers but if the SWAT Kats come then they should leave, he didn't want the SWAT Kats to know what they are up against. The 3 ninjas attack the Enforcer Headquarters but when the SWAT Kats and Sub-Zero sees Razor, for some strange reason he doesn't want to leave.
Like Father Like Son
Sub-Zero finds out how important Razor is to him and he tells Reptile about it. Both of them go to the salvage yard in order to help Sub-Zero. But Jake sees him and attacks him. When he does, he sees something he wish he hadn't. Plus Reptile falls in love with someone.
Farewell
1 has passed since Jake finds out that truth about Sub-Zero. While Chance, Felicia and Jake are out, Reptile comes to visit Victoria. He confesses his love for her and she falls for him as well. Dark Kat learns of Sub-Zero's alliance to Razor and sends Rain out to kill Razor. Rain almost succeeds but Chance saves him. Reptile sees this and is angered, he joins forces with Victoria and leaves Dark Kat.
Sub-Zero's nightmare
Sub-Zero has a terrible nightmare that might foreshadow what will happen later on in his life that deals with all of the stuff that has been happening lately.
The Serpent and the Ice
Reptile confesses to Victoria that he has been lieing to her about something, but she still accepts him. In order to make Sub-Zero stay with him, Dark Kat orders that Scorpion and Sub-Zero must team up in order to attack the SWAT Kats. Sub-Zero doesn't want to and lies his way out of the attack, and goes off to warn the SWAT Kats. Scorpion suspects this and follows him. When Scorpion attacks, Victoria becomes scared and runs off. Peron, Scorpion's second in command, follows her and tricks her; kills Victoria. When Sub-Zero sees this, he is enraged and kills Peron. Also Reptile runs off from all of the sadness.
Vengeance
Dark Kat orders Noob Saibot to kill Reptile He does this in order to punish Reptile and also to hurt Sub-Zero. But instead, this angers Sub-Zero even more.
Noob Saibot
Dark Kat then decides to send Noob Saibot out to kill Razor. Noob Saibot challenges Razor to fight at the underground city tunnels. T-Bone warns Razor not to go, but Razor does. Ricochet decides to go with him. When T-Bone learns of this, he sets off as well to save Razor and Ricochet.
Panik Control
Cyrax is presented to Dark Kat and Dark Kat decides to use Cyrax as a means to get Smoke and Sub-Zero to turn them into cybernetic warriors as well. Sub-Zero gets away but Smoke gets captured and is made into a cybernetic warrior.
Death Is The Only Way Out
2 days have passed and Dark is presented with the cybernetic Smoke. Dark Kat rewards Lin Kuei by killing him. While Ricochet and Razor are in the underground caves in order to get some peace and quiet from everything, they are attacked by Smoke. But Sub-Zero rescues them. But just as things were starting to get better since Sub-Zero rejoins them. Scorpion attacks and takes Ricochet with him.
I Won't Lie Down
The SWAT Kats and Sub-Zero attack the place where Dark Kat was, only to find it deserted. Dusty decides to go to the Biochemical labs in order to find a nti-mutgen in order to make him normal. But while he's there, Cyrax attacks. Razor comes to his rescue and they are able to defeat him. Dark Kat is furious and decides to send out his new creation: the Dark Trooper.
A Run For Your Money
5 years have passed and Dusty has become a SWAT Kat called ShadowKat. Razor has modified the TurboKat a little and they decide to take it out one night to tick off Commander Feral. Shock to the System Part I
Dark Kat tries to persuade Ricochet into joining forces with him, but Ricochet refuses which makes him even more furious with her. He sends out the Dark Troopers to attack Talay Island. The Dark Troopers go there and kill everyone on the island. The SWAT Kats go to City Hall to talk to Callie and the enforcers about this. At City Hall, Feral and ShadowKat get into a fight which makes ShadowKat run off. He goes to the beach and when he does he finds a young she-kat in trouble. That she-kat was Bridgitte. He takes her back to the hangar since she was being chased by Dark Kat. Shadow Kat and Bridgitte fall in love. But to make things worse, Rain comes to the hangar, fatally wounded and he tells ShadowKat a secret about Bridgitte that now makes him go against her. T-Bone and Razor set off to Fest in search of the Dark Troopers and Ricochet.
Shock to the System Part II
Bridgitte confesses to Feral about her love for ShadowKat but instead of being happy, Feral is enraged and forbids her to ever see him again. Dark Kat transforms Scorpion back to a normal kat and calls him Dark Claw. Dark Kat decides to destroy the Dark Trooper since he knows that Ricochet is the key to bring the SWAT Kats down. So when the SWAT Kats go to Fest, it is a trap instead which injures Razor, sending him to the hospital. When ShadowKat and Bridgitte go to the hospital to visit Razor, they run into Feral who becomes very angry with her and tells Bridgitte to go back home. This makes ShadowKat mad and he fights Feral. But T-Bone comes to break it up and tells Feral to leave which makes ShadowKat become angry with T-Bone. The enforcers and the SWAT Kats team up in order to destroy Dark Kat. Jenson and Feral take out the air units and the SWAT Kats take the ground. But just as they are about to take Rico back, something very tragic happens that will effect all of their lives forever.
