"Ohmigod! Are you serious?" I screamed into the phone. "I am 100% serious, I got you tickets and backstage passes to the Backstreet Boys concert in DC." My brother Tony said. "I love you sooooo much, thank you times a million." "You know Cindy, you are acting like a 12 year old!" "I can if I want, let me go call Marie, bye." I quickly dialed Marie's number, "Look, you are not gonna believe this, Tony got me Backstreet tickets and backstage passes, I'm going to DC!" "That's great, you have been trying for 4 years to get to a concert." "I know, and it's finally happening, gosh I am lucky." "What are you gonna wear? How long are you staying? What are you gonna say to AJ?" "Marie, that's all personal! But I leave in a few hours and stay 2 days. Damn, that means I gotta pack, bye chic, I'll call you when I get there." "Bye Cindy, have fun."
I ran into my room and picked up my suitcase from the closet and began searching for outfits. I picked my 3 favorites and 2 extra just in case I changed my mind. "Cindy, your brother is here." My mom called. "Be right down." I ran down the stairs and hugged Tony again. "Here you go, front row center and all access backstage. You also have a hotel room reserved for you at Shay Hotel's, here is the address." "Thank you Tony, I will never forget this, I owe you one! Bye all, see you in a few days." And I ran and jumped in my car. I drove for four hours and I reached DC. "Yes, perfect timing, now I can go shopping in the local mall!" The concert was the next night, but Tony knew how I loved sight seeing so he booked me 2 days. I really loved my brother! "Yes, may I help you?" asked the desk clerk. "I have a room reserved here, under the name Turner." "Yes, for 2 days, I see, here is your key." "Thank you." And I went up towards my room, I was still looking at the paper the clerk gave me, it was a message from Tony saying that I would love the hotel. As I stepped out the elevator, this guy bumped into me, "Watch where you’re going dickhead." I yelled as I went to pick up my things. "I am so sorry." The guy said. He was wearing a big coat that had a hood on it. "It's a little too hot to be wearing a big hooded coat like that." "I can manage." I couldn't see his face, just his eyes, they were deep brown, very hypnotizing. "I should be going, I'm sorry." He said again, walking away.
