This goes onto a collector lane that you will follow to Exit 118-B (toBlacksburg).
Stay on this road. You will be traveling West on 460 Bypass.
Stay on Rt. 460 heading west.
Take the 2nd Price’s Fork Road exit after going under the overpass (this is the 2nd exit after the stoplight at Virginia Tech).
Exit will bring you out on Price’s Fork Road.
Continue on Price’s Fork Road past Foxridge Apartments (on the left), shopping center (on the left), volunteer fire department (on the right),
Kipps Elementary School is on the left. It is BEFORE Blacksburg Middle School.
