Message For The New Year

Happy New Year my friends and loved ones. It has been one of the fastest years to fly by that I can remember. So much has happened this past year and the coming year does not look like it will be boring either.
Some things to remember going into this new year.
Give a smile to those you meet both stranger and friend. Go the extra mile to help someone who might need an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on, an outstreched hand to lift them up, someone to speak up for them when they can't.
Do not seek wordly fame, but walk with humility, and know that you may be at the bottom tomorrow, be Humble in your actions toward others and do not be prideful or boastful.
Praise the Lord and give thanks for all the blessing bestowed upon you. Be the light that brightens the path others may have to walk. Be a beakon as a lighthouse would, keep your morality as a shinning example to others. Help to guide a confused heart to know right from wrong.
Seek guidance from elders who may have walked the path before you and could make your steps a little easier to travel.
And finally remember that love is the greatest of all gifts. Treasure love like you would a rare piece of art. For it is made from the tapestry of life and painted with all the colours of your soul. You need to keep loves colours vibrant and never let them suffer from neglect. For if neglected the colours fade and become unknown after awhile. But if the colours are taken care of they become a masterpiece that never fades.
