There will be 3 divisions-
Cruiser Weight
Middle Weight
Heavy Weight
(based on power levels)There will be an entry fee as follows 50c=Cruiser Weight class , 100=Middle Weight class, and 150 Heavy Weight class.
Rules for the Tenkaichi Budoukai
1.NO KILLING(if you kill any one in your fights YOU WILL BE DQed(dis-qualified)
2.You must be on the SAME planet where the Torney is being held(it moves from place to place every time around)
3.NO TRANSFORMATION ATTACKS(DRAGON FIST,Oozaru,ect...)
4.NO UNFAIR MATCHES(Ill make the matches so its fair)
5.You can use 2x Speed, 2x Strength, Kaio Ken x1-2 (no higher)
6.NO SENSU BEANS
7.NO HITTING BELOW THE WAIST ( we all know thats a No-No Area)
8.NO WHINNING(dont blame me for loosing your fights)
9.YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE ARENA !(A PENELTY WILL BE DRAWN OF LOSS OF 2 ITEMS OR ONE MOVE, and you will be DQed)
Alright your wondering how im gona rule the fights.Your fights will be viewed by me and determined by MY opinion which one is the best. Its basicly a head 2 head fight. Now if you follow the rules and put intrest and not absolute bordomness into the fight then you'll have a high chance of winning. Now I will NOT accept any lame, corny, short waste of time stories (like 2 sentaces and stuff, come on people use common sence). Now the winner might get a nice ol' power level boost or some lame ass sensu beans(muhahaha) it determines on the last fight(Final Bout). Basicly the more the marrier. Now I (Vegeta) will not be apart of this competition , I will be judging ( basicly if I were to do so I would most definately win)so just try to impress me.
