May 19, 2001: Brothers Lance Bartholomew, Ricky Bolling, Rob Brooks, Matt Hurley, and Chuck McCullough graduated. Chuck is a founding father of GCO.
March 7, 2001: The Gamma Gazette is now up in the Alumni section. It is a monthly publication on the various things going on with Gamma Chi Omega.
November 7, 2000: In honor of Dr. Jay Lemons' departure from the University of Virginia's College at Wise in the capacicity of Chancellor, Gamma Chi Omega had a farewell banquet at Mosby's. In attendance were the Chancellor and members of the Gamma Chi Omega fraternity. Dr. Lemons' lovely wife, Marsha, was unable to attend. Dr. Jay Lemons is to preside as Chancellor of Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania at the beginning of the Spring 2001 semester. We at Gamma Chi Omega are saddened to see Dr. Lemons leave, but wish he and his family the best in their travels to other parts of the country.
November 3, 2000: The Gamma Chi Omega Page added 135MB to the reserve space, totaling 150MB.
October, 27-29 2000: Homecoming weekend. Alumni present include Adam Bell, Brian Cary, Chris Davis, Jerry Honaker, Jamie Smith, and Eric Thomas. Gamma Chi Omega takes second place in the Homecoming parade.

August 2, 2000: Gamma Chi Omega would like to express our sincere condolences to the brothers of Pi Lambda Phi in the loss of their brother Andrey M. Kriger on Aug. 2, 2000. Andre graduated this past Spring (May 13, 2000) from UVA-W at the age of 22.
May 13, 2000: Brothers Adam Bell, Jerry Honaker, Jamie Smith, and Eric Thomas graduated. Eric and Jamie are founding fathers of GCO.
September, 1999: The Gamma Chi Omega web page makes its debut.
