L.W.G.
By Kenneth R. Cabrieto
I can see it.
I can see you.
I can see the you that you hide so strongly.
I can see the you you've been hiding from everyone else so well.
You've hidden this all so well that even you yourself don't even know this is an issue.
You don't know the deep hatred and evil that lies within you.
Only someone with my eyes, knowledge and experience could see something so pure and untapped.
Now I wonder if I should go in there and unleash the evil
Or should I let it lay dormant within you?
Can the world really use more people like us?
Could I really use a rival?
No, that's not what this is about.
I am on the wrong side
And so are you.
You are fronting on the side of good
And I'm long overdo to retire from the status of evil.
Maybe we should switch places.
That's the only way to attain balance isn't it?
I laugh as I ponder the idea of us switching places.
You play the part of innocent so well.
I play the part of this demon to a key.
When it comes time for the blood to fall
Will you be able to laugh at the sight of your own pain?
Will you still be able to smile so fully?
