    Editor and translator Lori Marie Carlson will discuss her new book, Red Hot Salsa: Bilingual Poems on Being Young and Latino in the United States, at the Library of Congress at noon on Thursday, Sept. 29, in the Mary Pickford Theater on the third floor of the James Madison Memorial Building, 101 Independence Ave. S.E., Washington, D.C.   • Montgomery County Public Libraries Hispanic Heritage Month activities. MCPL will be hosting at least 16 different events between September 15 and October 15. The web site also provides links to book lists and other web sites about Hispanic heritage and culture.
