CHECK BY FAX:
Yes, you can actually Fax a check to us for payment. Checks Must Be Drawn Off A USA Bank Only!!
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
(A) Simply Fax a check. Information required is only that which appears on the check.
Therefore, this process is as safe or safer then writing a check at your local store.
(B) The information will be used to draft a check.
(C) The draft will have the same check number and details as your original.
(C) Funds will be verified with your bank prior to shipment.
(D) Your Order Will Be Processed in a Timely Manner!
(E) The draft check will be returned to you just like any original check. Please
DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINAL CHECK!! Make sure you put the transaction in your
check book register. Another words, don't forget to subtract your order total from your balance.
Write in the Memo "Faxed Check To Leo Enterprises, Inc."
(F) Checks returned by the bank for any reason will result in a charge of $25.00 each time
it is returned. Please note that it is a Felony in most states to write a bad check.
Even when issued verbally or by fax. Leo Enterprises, Inc. will prosecute any and all person
or persons engaging in fraudulent activity. Check By Fax is the Preferred way to do business
for many of our regular customers. Most Businesses Print Out Their Own Checks.

WIRE TRANSFERS: Call for Banking Details for wire transfers.

geographical area or credit history.
(B) All rights are reserved in respect to the individual manufacturers and their trade marks.
(C) Leo Enterprises, Inc. accepts no responsibility for any typographical errors or claims made
by the manufacturer.
(D) All Prices are subject to change without notice.
(E) All comparable pricing, dimensions, weights, sizes, colors, etc., are approximate and may
not be exact.
(F) Leo Enterprises, Inc. strives to offer the same pricing you would receive if you dealt directly
with the manufacturer. If you are being quoted a better price from another source, please let
us know, we will do our best to KEEP YOUR BUSINESS!!

Drop Shipping: We drop ship for many of our customers and distributors. We will Drop Ship
directly to your gift recipient, or your customers anywhere in the Continental United States!!
The Charge is only $8.00 per order. This is a tremendous value to our customers.
The warehouses and factories are at your disposal. We will not Contact Your Customers,
PERIOD, For Any Reason.

Back orders:
If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will make every effort to contact
you within 24 to 48 hours, be sure to give us your e-mail address as this is by far the best
method of contact. We will hold your order until such time you inform us to continue with
shipment of remaining items or wait until all items can be shipped.

International Orders:
Leo Enterprises, Inc. Personal Security & Gift Outlet will not Ship Products Outside of The
USA at this time. You will be notified when this policy changes.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our business returns of opened bottles WILL NOT be accepted as we can
no longer vouch for the contents.
To Return the other products we offer you must call within 5 business days from receipt of
your package and get a Return Number.
No Return Number, NO RETURN!! Again, Opened Bottles of oil CAN NOT Be Returned,
Period!! This is an Industry Standard.

Damaged Shipment:
Should your package arrive damaged contact us within 3 business days of receipt and we will
replace the item. You will be assigned a return number. No Return Number No Return, Period,
No Exceptions!! Please Note: The Entire Contents of the shipment must be returned to
Leo Enterprises, Inc. This includes the broken bottles, including the unbroken bottles, the
box, and packing material, etc. Any items missing from the package, broken or not, listed
on the original invoice will not be replaced, No Exceptions! Be sure to send back the entire
shipment. A replacement will be sent out free of charge as soon as damaged shipment is
received. All orders are checked for accuracy and condition before shipment to insure good
quality merchandise is being shipped. And to assure items are packaged properly to withstand
the possible abuse of the delivering carriers.

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to any order sent back to us unauthorized. Also, the shipping
amount will be added to the restocking fee and you will be billed for this. Failure to pay a
restocking fee within 30 days WILL result in legal action and collection WILL be turned over
to a collection agency. At that point you will be responsible for all fees. Opened Bottles of
Oils Can Not Be Returned, Period!!

Age requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age to order any product from us (signature required on
delivery). By placing an order you agree that you are of legal age and that you are abiding
by your local laws, rules and regulations and that you have read, understand and are bound
to, our terms & conditions.

Minimum Order:
Currently our minimum for a domestic retail orders $25.00, minimum
Wholesale order is $100.00, paid in full. Minimum quantities apply to some products.
Please make sure your order is at or above our minimum. You may include the shipping.
Any order below our minimum will be charged a $10.00 Processing Fee.
You will be notified first.

Disclaimer:
No sales to minors. By placing and order, the purchaser represents that the products ordered
will be used in a legal manner and that purchaser is of legal age. Leo Enterprises, Inc. will
not be responsible for the use or misuse of any product on these pages or on our web site.
Leo Enterprises, Inc. will not be responsible if a product sold in these pages, or web site,
that is not used properly. Due to the variety of industries served, our oils are sold without any
warrantee of any kind. The buyer, at their own expense, perform tests and evaluations to
determine the suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for
damage and/or injury resulting from the use of the products supplied by this company.
In No event will we be liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of,
use of, or profits arising out of or in connection with the use or suitability of products. As per
our terms and conditions, once a package has been received we can no longer vouch for the
contents. Therefore, We Do Not Accept Returns of opened bottles, Period.
