Yes, you can actually Fax a check to us for payment.  Checks Must Be Drawn Off A USA Bank Only!! 
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
(A) Simply Fax a check. Information required is only that which appears on the  check. 
    Therefore, this process is as safe or safer then writing a check at your local store.
(B) The information will be used to draft a check. 
(C) The draft will have the same check number and details as your original.
(C) Funds will be verified with your bank prior to shipment.
(D) Your Order Will Be Processed in a Timely Manner!
(E) The draft check will be returned to you just like any original check.
    Please DO NOT SEND THE ORIGINAL CHECK!! Make sure you put the transaction in your check book.
    Another words, don't forget to subtract your order total from your balance.

(F) Checks returned by the bank for any reason will result in a charge of 25.00

Back orders:
If an item is out of stock at the time you place your order, we will make every effort to contact you within 24 to 48 hours,
be sure to give us your e-mail address as this is by far the best method of contact.
We will hold your order until such time you inform us to continue with shipment of remaining items or wait until all items can be shipped.

International Orders: 
Leo Enterprises, Inc. Personal Security Outlet will not Ship Products Outside of The USA at this time.  You will be informed when this policy changes.

Returns:
Only items that are defective will be considered.  Any return must have a return 
authorization, you must contact us by e-mail, phone or FAX to obtain authorization.  
Some manufacturers require that the defective item be returned directly to them.  
Call to get any return information you may need.  Refunds will be considered on a 
case by case basis and only after product has been returned and inspected.  All 
packaging material, warranty cards and instructions that come with the unit must be 
returned with the unit. If any items are missing the unit will be considered un-sellable 
as New as you bought it and the unit will be sent back to you and no funds will be 
returned. No returns on Pepper Spray unless unit has defect in workmanship and 
you notify us immediately after receipt of your shipment.  For reasons that are quite 
obvious we can not allow the return of possible used Pepper Spray units."

Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be assessed to any order sent back to us unauthorized. Also, the shipping amount will be added to the restocking fee and you will be billed for this.
Failure to pay a restocking fee within 30 days WILL result in legal action and collection WILL be turned over to an agency.  At that point you will be responsible for all fees.

Age requirements:
You must be at least 18 years of age to order any product from us (signature required on delivery).  By placing an order you agree that you are of legal age and that you are abiding by your local laws,
rules and regulations and that you have read our terms & conditions.

Minimum Order:
Currently our minimum for a domestic retail orders $25.00, minimum for an Wholesale order is $100.00, paid in full.
Minimum Orders apply to some products. Please make sure your order is at or above our minimum.
Any order below our minimum will be charged a $10.00 Processing Fee. You will be notified first.
