Barhop

Begin by rolling at a medium pace.
You should be standing on the pedals and holding the grips normally.
Now JUMP!!!
Jump off the pedals and using your arms push your self upward and jump over the handlebars. To make this easier tuck your knee's into your chest as much as you can>
Don't try to land on the pegs untill you can land on the ground perfectly.
Once you can do this land on the peg's some people my find it easier to hold the handlebars while sitting on them some may not.
